We had a lovely over-night stay on Saturday the 31st January, staff were extremely helpful, we checked in at 11.00 am and our room was ready. Fridge was ultra small, no freezer, but it was no problem to ask for ice and it was delivered to our room. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, and I used my welcome drink on a barista cappuccino.

Great Reception service, awesome restaurant service & food, thanks chef, good job guys n gal's, polite & helpful room attendants, fresh towels given when needed by helpful staff. Kids loved the rooftop pool with free sunscreen and towels. Awesome views. Great parking access, will stay here again soon.

A very nice hotel. Not upmarket or posh, yet far from having bugs eating holes in your bed sheets either. Staff were super friendly and the location was great.

Stayed here May 2025, largely due to rooftop pool. Of course we get there it’s closed for repair. Lifts very slow and requires patience. Central location which is good. Room quiet and great view eastwards.

Great location in the heart of Townsville city. Friendly welcome. Rooms a bit small but everything works and they are clean, showers hot and the beds very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Best views in town and nice rooftop pool.
