Nestled in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, The Peacock Estate is an award winning wedding and reception venue as well as a much loved venue for all types of celebrations including engagement parties & birthday celebrations.
The Peacock Estate features a beautifully refurbished church built in 1914, a large vintage metal barn for you to host your wedding or event for up to 120 guests, as well as a tree shaded courtyard and cocktail lounge for your guests to enjoy.

Hi Candice, We wanted to pass on our thanks for the wonderful time that we had at Amy & Kayne’s wedding 15.11.2025. The Peacock Estate was the perfect venue, romantic, rustic & everything we imagined and more. Our guests loved the cocktail hour, the relaxed vibe & we loved the ease of being able to tailor everything that Amy & Kayne wanted for the day. Kristina was amazing with organising everything for us, nothing was too much & Amy & Kayne felt at ease knowing that everything was taken care of. The wedding day/night went perfectly. The location is perfect, being able to have the ceremony, professional pictures & reception without having to travel made the day run smoothly & it meant that Amy & Kayne could enjoy more time with their guests. If I could book my wedding day again, I would pick The Peacock Estate again and again and AGAIN!!! Everything about our experience was magical. Hannah, Kylie and the team are the most thoughtful, happy to do anything for you people. And that’s exactly the village you need to pull together the best day of your life. The best part? I cannot wait to attend their night markets and messy play sessions with my son just so I get to step back into the venue that made my wedding day dreams come true. Love, love, LOVE!

We couldn’t have had a better reception centre to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Everything went so smoothly from the start: booking, organising, to setting up the day before, to walking in for the start of the reception, all was handled stress free. The Peacock Estate is a beautiful and picturesque wedding venue, with stunning grounds and a charming atmosphere that makes it an ideal spot for couples looking for a magical setting. The venue itself is elegant, with lovely outdoor spaces and an intimate feel that makes it perfect for weddings. However, recent changes in ownership have brought some challenges. The new owners are still finding their feet, and communication has unfortunately been less than ideal. We've found that responses to emails and inquiries have been slow, and some details that we expected to be addressed promptly were left uncertain. While we understand that transitions can take time, this lack of clear communication added unnecessary stress to what should have been a joyous experience. That said, we remain hopeful that the new owners will get their bearings and improve the level of service as they settle in. The venue has so much potential, and with better communication, it could be a truly exceptional place to host a wedding. For now, we would recommend couples to proceed with a bit of patience, knowing that the venue itself is stunning but be prepared for some hiccups along the way.
