We elected to get a family room in the South Tower to get more space. Not much of a view from the room but who cares - the beach is so close and we didn’t get the noise! Very pleased with our choice. Room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having local birds visit us. Pool was great - much quieter than the other building and shaded areas. Staff were wonderful - top marks to the bloke who often helped us (sorry I didn’t catch your name but did see “trainee” badge). Really no negative points to speak of. I’d immediately book that room again for next year if reservations were open!

A wonderful experience from the moment we entered the hotel and were greeted with smiles and a welcome message by very friendly staff! We loved the recent renovation of the hotel and enjoyed the positioning, providing easy access to Manly village, the beautiful beaches and great walks! Our studio apartment was tastefully decorated and had very comfortable beds - we slept well! Special mention to all the staff we met - from reception to the lovely lady servicing our room. They were amazing. You are doing a lot right!

There's only one room which is promoted as Wheelchair Accessible. It is not. I would class it Wheelchair Assist (you would struggle to be an independent guest). Plenty of room in the main living/sleeping area, granted. Forget about using the lovely patio as there's no ramp either side of the considerable door frame on the sliding door. The bathroom isn't a Australian Standard accepted as there's a vanity that seriously restricts access. As this establishment consists of a few accommodation towers only the main tower has a wheelchair parking space but again isn't to the Australian Standard. In an ideal world some rooms in the East (beach) and newer refurbished facing front tower should have been wheelchair accessible. There's also a lovely outdoor pool but inexplicably it's not accessible in any way, shape or form.

Had an amazing stay here- the rooms were lovely, the location was fantastic and the customer service was amazing. I hosted a conference here and the Sebel’s team support was fantastic. The conference room was amazing (right on the water with amazing views) and the Sebel team went above and beyond to ensure our meeting went well. Thank you so much!

Great hotel on the beach with an attached restaurant. If possible, get a beachfront room, the views and people watching were incredible. Prices vary.
