Accommodating large conference spaces up to 120 guests to smaller boardroom meetings for 15 with breakout spaces. Luncheons and dinners for 200 or weddings for 400 cocktail style. Private dining for 20 and rooftop terrace drinks for 80. The multipurpose spaces of Sancta are perfect for hosting events to match your vision. We offer in-house catering and beverages or you may bring in your own caterer. Fig Tree Terrace Situated in the modern Graduate House building is a ground floor timber decked courtyard spanning several metres, covered by an ancient fig tree and facing a picturesque garden. Figtree Terrace can accommodate a large number of guests for a standing event; it is most suited to cocktail parties, barbecues and banquets.

The McDonald Room is part of a more recently added section of Sancta’s main building. With ample natural light and space for up to 120 guests, this space is commonly used for training seminars, retreat days and as one of the main rooms for conferences.

Excellent central location. Easy distance to Sydney CBD. Great value. Large rooms, comfortable bed. Clean facilities. Secure parking. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms but there is a ceiling fan which works very well.

I look forward to staying here again.

Room and bed were just fine ... all I needed. I appreciated access to the nearby lounge and TV. Good breakfast selection. Good value  for money. Pleasant and helpful reception.

The location was perfect for my event at Sydney Uni. Sancta was very easy to deal with, the room was great and excellent value. Can thoroughly recommend

I had a good experience staying at the Sancta Sophia grad dorm. The place is very clean and quiet, with facilities for eating and washing clothes. The room was rather spartan, yet spacious, with a helpful ceiling fan and pretty generous storage space; I wish the mattress was firmer, though. The location right next to the University of Sydney is great, and very convenient for a visit there. The staff was very courteous and responsive, the room service was excellent, and the breakfast service (for part of my stay) was very good.

Sancta Sophia has provided the most amazing supportive community of young women, as well as the excellent staff, whilst I pursue my studies at USYD. It's in the perfect location on campus and having all my meals cooked has been a lifesaver while trying to juggle work, uni and social life.
