I arrived unannounced and booked a suite, the staff were welcoming and polite. The suite was most pleasant however, there was an issue with the washing machine I phoned reception to make them aware of this and straightaway was offered the choice of moving to another suite. This suite was a little bit better with a nice outlook of the garden area. The suite was clean and well presented, most importantly the bed was very comfortable.

We stayed here for my 50th Birthday weekend and we were upgraded to the 3rd floor and were given ultimate service by Blake the manager with champagne and rocky road in our room and also several free drink vouchers will definitely stay here again. Thank you Blake for making my special milestone birthday memorable

Had a great stay here, the rooms were very clean and very big, bed was comfy, great sized balcony with a nice view. It had two key coded doors to get into the room so very safe and couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or any other rooms. Pool area of course was awesome. Things to consider: There is a full kitchen with a decent sized fridge and laundry. The dryer was a bit outdated and noisy but did the job well. The breakfast was a bit of a walk to another area outside of the hotel, so instead I chose to have breakfast and a coffee at one of the coffee shops within 100m of the lobby, there's a few to choose from. Lastly the gym isn't 24 hours and was locked so I could not access it. There is also a bit of a walk to the room if you were near the outter wings like I was. All in all a good stay.

We stayed for three nights after returning from the Gold Coast and had an absolutely amazing and very relaxing stay. We didn’t even need to explore as everything was perfect at the resort. Both the pools and the spa were amazing and everyone was very friendly. The buffet breakfast was awesome

Beautiful pool with waterfalls and plenty of shade with very comfortable beach chairs. The restaurants just 5 minutes walk away. There is nothing to do just relax and eat. We have come every December for the last 4 years. Loved it. We booked 2 rooms. We got the keys to one room at 10am and the keys to the other room at midday, thats amazing. The staff are very helpful from the check in staff to the cleaners. There is pool service on the weekends
