Had a great night of music on Saturday night, listening to the Sam McNally Band and the warm voice of Eric Rasmussen Such a nice event . Had a cheese and desert platter with a glass of wine.

Annie and her team of superstars went above and beyond for our 2 day workshop. From accomodating 30 additional people showing up last minute, to the service they provided both days with a smile. Constantly checking in with us and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt like VIP’s the entire time we were there. We can’t wait to use their facilities again which were impressive to say the least. The event ran perfectly. The AV team was all over our needs and requirements. I can’t thank them enough for making our experience a memorable one.

Great facilities available to their customers indoors. Staff are quite professional. We do a lot of conferences here. The catering is okay. Video conferencing rooms have good AV facilities. Parking is a nightmare (as it is in St Leonards). It's quite easy to get to. They have multiple rooms in the centre so they can have multiple conferences going at the same time. They have an indoor, on-site barista who will cater to the needs of the staff as required. Don't know how much they charge, but the central location makes it easy to walk to.

I booked an event with Annie and Kelly and we had some issues with numbers etc and had to cancel and then re-book but throughout all this, Annie and Kelly were absolutely lovely! Very understanding, flexible and prompt in their communication. In the end, they helped us deliver a great event. Look forward to having another one at Northside in the near future.
