We tried the chef's table experience and the food/service was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was very attentive. The premium wine pairing was outstanding and highly recommended. Just couple things for improvement: the seatings are at the end of bar which is located at the entrance of the dining area. I would prefer some place with more privacy and not looking at sinks at the bar. Also, the food was fine dining level, but more signature dishes are required to stand out in this market.

Honestly, I could not fault the venue or the service as they were impeccable. We had a warm and friendly welcome and the ongoing table service was courteous and kind. The entrees were great but it all unravelled at the steak. Even cut thin, the quality of the beef was not good - so chewy and unremarkable. If it was less than $24, I get it but the quality did not align with the price point

Had a wonderfully memorable evening with friends at the Clocktower Bar at Shell House tonight. We were visiting from Melbourne and had just left a nearby venue and decided by chance to check this out after chatting with a delightfully helpful doorman we met outside. We took the lift to the Clocktower Bar on level 9 and were immediately impressed by the warm and inviting feel of the place. We sat at the bar and we had a tremendous time! We met Tommaso - our bartender - who engaged with us and looked after us as though we were old friends. Watching him create cocktails was mesmerising and so enjoyable. This place is well worth a visit. Ask Tommaso to make his peach variation of the Charlie Chaplin, or perhaps he can offer you The Last Word in cocktails. Either way, you wont be disappointed. We loved it and we will certainly be back. Thank you Clocktower, and thank you Tommaso for your superb attention and service.

I visited the bar on level 9 and found the place quite nice. The staff who welcomed us and the waiters were friendly and professional. However, the two bartenders (2 girls) were very rude and seemed unhappy to be there. For $28 cocktails, I expected better service. It’s a shame because everything else was quite good, although expensive. This was my first visit, and I won’t be returning—I’d rather spend my money where the staff is more welcoming.
