We recently had dinner at Shell House and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive and professional, and the quality of the food and wine was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the presentation, and the care that went into every detail really made the evening feel special. That said, there was one aspect we felt worth mentioning. One of the servers… while still polite and professional… was wearing an overwhelming amount of cologne. It was so strong that every time he walked past our table, we found ourselves having to hold our breath. Unfortunately, it became physically uncomfortable, causing headaches and sinus irritation, and at one point we even considered leaving early. Everything else was absolutely lovely. Looking forward to coming back.

Classy place, good service and the waiters were well dressed. The food was delicious. We had a drink after, at the rooftop which was really nice too.

We came to Menzies bar for after work dinner and drinks! We came for their lobster ravioli during their pasta deal! The pasta was a bit more firm than I like but the sauce was really nice and seafood-y We got the fries and also liver parfait on waffles. Both were so flavourful. I liked how the waffle was served hot, it made it really nice and there was a bit of honey that made it stand out! Our waitress was super kind and attentive as well!

The service staff was informed, prompt and really great. Definitely pricey place but for a good occasion highly recommended. I loved the roasted potatoes, octopus, oysters and the chocolate tart (dessert missed taking a pic). The fish, wagyu starter and lamb belly were good but you can try other stuff as well.

This place is a vibe as they have multiple levels with a full dining level and then the top level you can enjoy a drink and light meals. Perfect place for post-work drinks or the first stop on your night out. The views from the top level are lovely and in nice weather you can sit outside. We enjoyed some cocktails and Prosecco. Both were very delicious. As a light meal we had crumbed olives filled with cheese, which were a perfect accompaniment to the alcohol.
