Highly recommend the Boardroom at the Precinct for any meetings. We hold our Networking Events there, it is a brand new building, the room has plenty of space and seating plus everything for our Presenters to use. As a plus there is also a cafe at the complex and plenty of parking.

The Boardroom at the Precinct is an excellent and affordable venue with the most wonderful owners who go above and beyond to provide exceptionally amazing service and care to those who hire their Boardroom! It is in a prime location in Beenleigh with plenty of parking (carpark and off street) and the room is spacious and always so clean and tidy and is just the perfect place to hold our regular church services! Veronica and Paul have been so welcoming and accommodating and we truly are grateful to be able to hire their Boardroom on a regular basis! Highly recommend the Boardroom for your next meeting or event, you won’t be disappointed!

There is limited parking for a building that offers 8 possible occupancies there is 4 tenant car park spaces and maybe 8 visitor spaces. There is limited street parking as there is a bus stop that copped me a $275 fine for me not parking 20 metres away from it. Beware ... 20 metres before and 10 metres after the bus stop. I had trouble finding the right office until I actually looked for, read and understood the door signs. Look for the entrance door sign on the right as you go down the little concrete staircase. I gave this five stars because it exists and.. well.. yeah.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 5 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.

Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
