Our business has experienced large growth over the past 12 months. A major reason that we have been able to grow at the speed and pace required is down to the team at Corporate House. Having the flexibility to expand our office size and desk levels easily without stress has given us the comfort needed to grow our team without the large expenditure of buying more office furniture, phones and other infrastructure required. We are supported at 757 Ann Street by Ailie. Ailie is now a crucial part of our team that I and my staff rely on daily. She is the bright face of our company when stakeholders come and visit and is always available to ensure that our office is running smoothly. Having leased office space and purchased furniture in the past, I wish I had come across Corporate House years ago. We experience cost savings whilst still have access to High Speed Fibre (we are an internet business) along with a modern office fit out and services. There is also a huge saving of not needing a receptionist to work full time anymore. With Ailie as our main contact supported by 6 other receptionists, all calls and visitors are handled for us without needing to pay $50K for a dedicated receptionist.

A fantastic place to work. Personally, I need somewhere that feels like an office and is conducive to a corporate work environment. I've seen co-shared places with the beanbags, colourful walls, web developers walking around in flip flops and an office dog that is perpetually running around from tenant to tenant for pats - No thanks. Corporate House is for tenants who're serious about their business and growth. Awesome location and amenities - I'm 10x more productive when working here. A special shout out to our Office Manager Cristen who is an absolute gem!

The offices and amenities are great and the location made going to work everyday a little more enjoyable. Ailie is extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. I felt like we had worked as part of the team forever. No request was too much of a problem and was always accommodating.

We've been with Corporate House for nearly 2 years now, and have not regretted the decision to move into their Ann Street facility at all. Edith, Ailie & Silvia (along with other staff members we've had the pleasure of dealing with) have been fantastic. We'd highly recommend (an always do) to anyone looking for a Serviced Office facility - 10/10.

As one of the long term suppliers to the Corporate House group, I’ve always known them to be excellent and conclusive in what they provide. Always willing to accommodate their tenants’ individual requirements and tailor an agreement to suit. Reception staff are all energetic and friendly as well. I have a lot of clients in various serviced office arrangements and none of them compare to the service and utilities Corporate House offers.

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 1 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 1 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
