We booked a two-bedroom apartment, complete with amenities, kitchenware, laundry, and so on. Staff was nice and helpful. You can request for chromecast if you need it. We have daily housekeeping which is good. The best thing of all is the view from our room. Also, the pool and spa are open until 10pm so you can swim at night and relax in the spa. Overall, we loved it there.

Always an amazing experience at this hotel. The PERFECT location to view the GC500 race, with the track circling directly around the building. The parking is absolutely incredible, like no other hotel on the gold coast! They have 4 levels of underground decent car parking spaces. The building has 3 lifts, which usually take around 3-5 minutes at the peak times during the day, other than that they’re very quick! The rooms are beautiful and modern, clean & well kept. The views are breathtaking. From your room & Especially from the rooftop, which is such a great asset to the building, it is incredible up there. The pool area is great, you have a heated spa & regular pool..The steam room is a cool experience too! Only a short walk over to the beach. Lime bikes to hire straight outside the hotel, for easy convenient access to anywhere nearby. Overall it is probably one of the BEST places to stay here in Surfers Paradise. I’ll always choose to come back!

The rooms are nice especially if you get a high level king with a view. The beds are not uncomfortable yet they are not comfortable. This is a value hotel and you get value for what you pay for but dont expect luxury sleeping. We would recommend this place nonetheless. The parking under the building is a little bit annoying to get in and out of as there is a button on the wall. The gym facilities are nice and they have a pool that we didn't use. The restaurant under the building serves a nice cup of coffee ☕.

Well what can I say. We stayed here for 2 nights. When we checked in. We were informed that there was an issue with an item our room. And they were so sorry for the inconvenience. But sorted something as soon as they realised. A special mention to one of the Receptionists Danielle for being so helpful and made sure we were ok every step of the way. As well as Imogen and all the other staff. Very helpful and nothing was any trouble. The rooms were very clean. Views were superb. Will be back again. Thankyou.😀

I would have liked to leave more stars but our experience at Rhapsody Resort wasn't great. Starting with the postives, the views from our level 32 rooms were stunning. Incredible! The location close to the beach and the tram stop was also perfect for us. Our room soft furnishings were a bit grimey and due for a deep clean (stained furniture and carpet showing its age). The towels had holes in them! Our package included housekeeping (making beds, replacement of provisions and fresh towels if requested). On our final day I went to reception and asked for our beds to be made and for fresh towels. It was the only time there was evidence of housekeeping entering our apartment. For what we paid, the standard of housekeeping was sorely lacking.
