Avoid sending your car through Tesla to this company. Sent my brand new Model 3 highland to Tesla to fix a couple of very minor paint defects and a light scratch. Simple and easy fix. These guys destroyed the paint. Firstly, they oversprayed clear coat which dried and created a drop on the boot corner. Also put a lot of swirl scratches from their buffer. Tesla sent the car back to get fixed. After a few days I saw my car back at Tesla and after one hour back to them for another fix. I think they still had issues but Tesla never told me. Next day Tesla returned me the car. Looking closely now I see a large area where they inconsistently sprayed paint. Some areas are darker than others. Unfortunately Tesla don’t have a better bodyshop. I’ll wait until they open their own bodyshop to send my car back again.

Ev was booked in for body repair and painting on Monday 9th october to Friday 13th October 2023. On Wednesday 11th october I rang to enquire how the ev repairs were going, the receptionist said the repairs had not yet started I asked when the repairs would begin it was suggested maybe next Tuesday -ish. The next day Thursday I again enquired regarding the ev repairs and was notified yes repairs had started. Monday 16th October I received a txt to say I could pick up the ev at 2pm. On further inspection at home I could see a dark shady area and feel roughness in that part of the door well where the paint hadn’t been evenly applied so now it has to be reworked this is disappointing the work repair should’ve started from the date it was booked in the 9th of october , ready for pick up 13th Friday afternoon.The job should’ve been done correctly and properly the first time. I’d like to write another review after the rework in November
