Hosted a baby shower a couple weeks ago in the Atrium space. We were SO pleased with this space. It’s openness, size was not too big but still spacious, great lighting, toilets were close and clean etc. Staff were so helpful with the planning and the day of, continuously offering support and ideas, and service with a smile and a laugh. Generous portions of food, and yummy at that!! I will be recommending this venue in the future! :)

Celia is a wonderfully warm, patient and efficient manager of events and Mike is steadfast and positive. I felt so reassured in the planning of my Book Launch. The event was thoroughly enjoyed by my 60 guests! The food was delicious, service timely and friendly, facilities light-filled and comfortable. Guests were so impressed with the unique building and the altruistic intentions of the cafe! We, like so many people, needed this time of celebration and coming together. Cafe Outside the Square provided the perfect relaxed atmosphere for the highlight of my life - the launch of Patchwork, A Life. Thank you guys!! Rose Boswell

What a find Cafe Outside The Square is! I recently held a casual birthday celebration there and it was just perfect. The atmosphere wonderful, food beautiful and delicious. Brilliant concept, a range of flexible spaces suitable for a variety of events, we did a mix of sit/stand drinks and nibbles one afternoon, but would work equally well for something more formal. The little touches like byo playlist (if you like) to plug into the AV, made the event more personal. Highly recommend this business for your next function or just a casual brunch/lunch. Shout out to Paul, Leigh, Hannah, Mel and Mike, whose exceptional thoughtfulness and care made a special event seamless. Such a great Adelaide venue with a terrific social cause.

I recently held my book launch at the Cafe Outside the Square (12/10/19). The location, layout and ambience is truly amazing. I used the Atrium at the back of the venue and the team accommodated my layout requests. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. I got the catering package and the food was presented very well and it was great quality & quantity for the the price. I look forward to using the venue again for my business and personal functions in the future. The cafe really appealed to me due to this pay it forward ethos and mission. It is highly commendable.

This cosy cafe is located centrally at Adelaide CBD with really great food, it's fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. The best part is that it's a soup kitchen in the evenings (Not sure of the exact times) and their profits are going towards the homeless and needy. So when you purchase a meal, you're also contributing towards a great cause. P.s their fluffy pancakes are a must try. It just melts in your mouth 😋 Edit to the previous review - 9/8/21 We loves the cause behind the cafe so much so that we had our baby shower there. The staff were so supportive and helped with the decor and setting up the place. I just can't thank Celia and Emily enough for everything. We strongly encourage you to have your events here. By doing so you will be part of a worthy cause
