Beautifully designed, architecturally inspired from the surroundings. But very run down and could use a lot of maintenance. Room was nice, but a bit basic and small.

The facility is new and present well, parking is good. A king bed is two singles pushed together (not ok). Breakfast is laughably bad.

The reception and restaurant staff were excellent. They gave great service and happily did the little extras, management assisted in guest laundry when machines were not working, freshly made poached eggs with a smile, arranged a massage on request and taken to the location for booking.

Stayed for work. Hotel is geared towards leisure travellers rather than business. Breakfast doesn't start until 7:00am. Tried using the on-site Tesla charger but couldn't get it to work. Staff tried to help but there seemed to be some confusion on what the problem was. The steak at the restaurant was great. Menu changed each night, maybe due to the experience of kitchen staff on each night. The grounds are amazing. The sunrise in summer were amazing. Accor ALL member status was acknowledged but not recognised other than a drink voucher. Suspect I wasn't their target market.

We were a group of 4 families with kids and stayed for 1 night at Peppers. We had a wonderful time! The rooms were cozy,the breakfast was scrumptious with plenty of veg options, several restaurants and cafe's at walking distance to grab dinner and drinks. The staff got us a bonfire lit for the cold winter night and we spent quite some time in the common area which had a lot of board games and toys for the kids! It was the perfect weekend getaway!
