We just had our wedding here and it was PERFECT! Mark and Sandi were great right from the start of the process all the way through until the end. All our guests were saying how helpful they were throughout the event whilst remaining unobtrusive. The space itself is beautiful and has so many interesting parts to explore including the upstairs lounge seating area, the convertible dining area (which magically becomes the dance floor), and the gorgeous native gardens for when you need a break. You get what you pay for and in this place you get so much more.

Simon and I got married at Projekt 3488 in October 2023. Mark and Sandi guided us for months before the wedding, easing our stress around the day and putting our minds at ease every time we caught up. Their whole team were extremely professional on the day, making sure everyone was where they needed to be, playing the right music at the right times. The venue itself is phenomenal (as good as the photos are, they don’t do it justice). The gardens are so beautiful that there was no need for us to leave the premises to get our photos taken, saving us precious time to spend with our friends and family. The sound system delivers perfect quality sound throughout the venue. The lighting system gives a full disco/nightclub experience later in the evening. We had guests travel from all over Australia, all of them commenting it was so worth the travel, a lot of them telling us “best wedding ever”. Not only did they love the venue, but they loved discovering and spending time in Warburton. 10/10, highly recommend, would do it again in a heartbeat ❤️

We attended a wedding and treated like Kings and Queens as each individual person was given personal service and nothing was to hard. Mark and Sandy have a magnificent venue and place for any function. Magnificent for a wedding no matter what the weather is like you can have outside and inside. It has the longest table that I have ever seen and it is engineered to have two massive long tables and then moved to the side for the huge dance floor. The meals were 10 star and was extreemly pleasurable evening. The garden out the back was just amazing and great for photos. 10 star Mark & Sandy Thanks Cheers

Chris and I had our dream wedding at Projekt at the end of July and it was absolutely perfect. The whole way through, it is so obvious how much love for their venue (and home!) Mark and Sandi have - and everyone lucky enough to host an event there gets to share that love, at least for a little while. We struggled to find a venue that felt right for us - so many seemed stuffy and traditional and that couldn’t be further from the type of wedding we wanted. Walking through the doors of Projekt 3488 for the first time felt right in a way that neither of us can properly articulate - but it felt like meeting family after many years apart. We knew there was nowhere else for us. Mark and Sandi are pleasures to work with and know - they truly make you feel so supported and understood the whole way. They think of so many little ways to make your day easier and take things off your mind - which for an overstimulated bride cannot be overlooked as to how amazing that is! The venue… THE VENUE. There’s not a corner of the place that isn’t packed with character and quirky personality. The gardens are STUNNING and best of all there are so many little corners for people to congregate. Thank you will never be enough to Mark (expert flower arranger and all around loveable teddy bear), to Sandi (lighting wizard and giver-of-vodka to my husband) and to Kathy (for letting me steal all the apple from behind the bar and probably ruining her cocktails!). We are so lucky to call ourselves part of the Projekt family ❤️

We had our wedding at Projekt 3488 in November last year, and it was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we stepped foot into the venue, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the wonderful owners, Mark and Sandi. Projekt 3488 is truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Warburton, boasting a stunning native garden and a unique charm that set the stage for our special day perfectly. The transformation of the former masonic hall into an enchanting event space added an extra layer of magic to our ceremony. The layout of the venue was exceptional, with the ceremony and speeches taking place upstairs, and the reception downstairs. We particularly loved the long tables that seamlessly transitioned into a dance floor, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for our guests. The quirky decor of Projekt 3488, including paintings of ducks in regal attire and intriguingly titled books, sparked conversation throughout the evening and still to this day. It was evident that Mark and Sandi put great care and attention into every detail, ensuring that each corner of the venue held its own delightful surprise. One of the most memorable moments of our wedding was during our final dance when Mark and Sandy showered the dance floor with freeze-dried rose petals from above, creating a mesmerizing snowflake-like effect that left everyone cheering. Overall, Projekt 3488 exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Mark and Sandi's incredible hospitality, combined with the venue's unique charm and stunning surroundings, made our wedding day unforgettable. We cannot recommend Projekt 3488 enough to couples looking for a one-of-a-kind wedding (or event!) venue in Melbourne's Yarra Valley.
