Beautiful area just off Chapel street with plenty of outside and inside seating. We were given fantastic service and throughly enjoyed our breakfast and drinks. Great food is always a drawing point but fantastic service is what makes us want to come back. The wonderful gentleman who served us, made us feel welcomed and had a great laugh and warming personality. ( I’m sorry I forgot his name, but he mentioned he used to have Rottweilers) - to him, thank you - you made our visit an 11/10!

Oscar Cooper delivered the goods. Located in a beautiful spot of Melbourne. The staff were chilled but really on point for quick service. Food came quickly & we were really happy with the presentation & flavours. Gluten free options available.

You need to check out Oscar Cooper for some delicious food and drinks! We tried the Truffle infused mushrooms and the Reuben sandwich - both had a lot of flavour 😋 The fruit juices were also really refreshing!

We came here for lunch and every one of the servers was great to chat with and very friendly, also as soon as we sat down they brought us water which I always think is a plus, however I ordered a tea and the cup was dirty with dried tea left over so I asked for another cup which was cleaner but not completely clean. They came and checked up on us quite a bit to order because we had to wait for another party member so they kept asking if we need anything and they were very attentive while we were waiting, but after we ordered it wasn't that easy to get their attention and they would often forget to bring me equal. Finally when our food came they brought out the plates for 2 of the members of our group and I had to wait almost another 10 minutes for mine and mine wasnt even that complicated. It was a jaffal (panini) with ham and cheese and potatoes roesti. Having worked for years as a waiter, I've learned that is a nono. You always make sure to bring out all the plates for a table. You can't have half the people eating and the other half waiting for their food. The roesti was dry compared to the one in my wife's plate and the jaffal was ok. Generally, if the staff wasn't so friendly id rate this place lower, but the staff was very nice.. almost worth going back just for them. If I lived in the area, I might.. as we are just visiting, I don't think I'll go twice.
