Rascal Brunswick is a cheeky wine bar that has a serious food offering. Food seasonal bites and sharing plates were created by Elliott Pinn. Wine both new and old-world styles are designed to complement dishes created at the restaurant or stand-alone. Beer refreshing lagers, punchy IPAs, fruity sours, dark stouts and everything in between. Cocktails spritz, euro-style low abv highballs and modern riffs of classics. We champion local and seasonal products with an emphasis on showcasing the best of Brunswick! The wine bar + bottle shop offers two culinary menus (a full &lsquo;Kitchen Menu&rsquo; on Wednesday-Sunday nights and a bar menu all other times) with an accompanying by-the-glass beer, wine, and cocktail list. Diners are also able to choose from bottle-o products with a small corkage fee. The bottle-o is walk-in and online and focuses on funky, affordable and fun products! With great food of good quality and great value for money, a great selection of drinks, and amazing service, you will surely have a great night! Bookings are available for dinner, however, walk-ins for snacks and a drink during the day are welcome! Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your:

Rascal's menu has 120 wines, 60 beers, a credible cocktail menu and the kind of refined-yet-accessible food found in wine bars across town.
Rascal Chef Elliot Pinn was&nbsp;head chef&nbsp;for two years at fine diner Doot Doot Doot on the Peninsula. And before that, he was the pastry chef at Sepia. So you know the man knows his food. His menu is modern Australian with European and Asian influences, and it sounds delicious.
Try good food like their fried chicken&nbsp;with rascal hot sauce &amp; caviar, and you will see what we mean.

The venue boosts communal seating, small intimate nooks and an open plan bar, the 80 seat venue lends itself to all occasions, whether it be an intimate celebration, work event, or a special birthday dinner.

Standout elements in the 150-year-old building include the hand-built wine rack under the stairs that houses the premium wine collection, the solid hand-cut textured grey granite bar top, and the bespoke mural by Melbourne based artist Minna Leunig that uses her signature creatures adorning the back wall.
