Had a lovely high tea with my girl friends this afternoon. Food taste great and staff are so friendly. Our special dietary requirements are accommodated. Will give the experience 10/10 😊 Definitely coming back.

We had a quick meal as part of the package before heading into the Botanical Gardens to enjoy Lightscape. The three course meal was from a set menu, but they catered for dietary requirements. Their vegetarian dishes were better, with mild flavours that appealed to more palettes. The meat dishes were a bit overcooked for my liking, losing the textures that can only happen with tender morsels. Service was efficient, friendly and attentive throughout the visit. The surroundings were comfortable and welcoming, which would have been great for lingering conversations. It's probably not a place I'll return to in the short term.

We had the gluten-free Feed Me experience and it was so good. Hina was our main server and she was very attentive and friendly. Our meal were served in three stages. Entrees were crumbed chicken with coleslaw, roast pumpkin with corn and mushroom, and scallops. Next came stir-fry greens and mushroom, beef curry, and steamed rice. Then it was time for dessert. All the staff were very friendly and the dishes were well presented and tasty. There are indoor and outdoor seating and overall it was a very nice experience. Highly recommended.

In the late afternoon on 29 December 2023, we visited the botanic garden. I tried to buy an ice cream when passed through the shop because I got low blood sugar at the time (I have diabetes). My husband went on to join the queue to buy but was advised that the shop was closing. There were about 4 people in front of my husband waiting for ice creams. The waitress advised that they are the last group was to be serviced since the shop was closing. My husband explained to her that I got diabetes and I’ve got low blood sugar. My husband explained to the waitress what I need some food or sugar immediately otherwise it would be quite dangerous for my health. However, the waitress kept saying that the shop was closing. My husband tried to ask the guy who servicing the ice cream and explained to him that I got low blood sugar and we wanted to buy an ice cream. Still, the guy said the shop was closing and it would be unfair for the person who behind him if they allow him to buy an ice cream but do not allow the persons who behind him. If my husband wants to buy an ice cream, he needs to explain to the person who behind him that why he can buy an ice cream but they cannot. My husband was very disappointed. Considering my healthy and the urgency I need of some sugar at the time, my husband made his voice louder asking the guy if he cares about my health. The guy did not like my husband louder his voice and said “you do not need to make your voice like this”. My husband then explained to a couple behind him if they are happy that we can buy an ice cream and if they felt unfair that the shop would sell an ice cream to us but not them. The couple understood and has no problem. Finally I got an ice cream and my blood sugar level went back to normal. I understand that the shop was closing at the time. However, when my husband explained that I got diabetes and I’ve got low blood sugar, can the waitress or the guy consider our specific request at that specific time? I normally have some snacks in my bag, but unfortunately I did not put some in may bag in the morning when we got out. It was a very unhappy experience.

Celebrated Mother’s Day here with few friends and their kids. We loved the vibe of this place and it’s kid friendly. The quality and quantity of the food was fantastic, with quick service. My favourite dish was their roasted barramundi in red Thai curry.
