NatPost provide an excellent and friendly service, they provide me, my family and my business with a safe location to have all our mail and packages delivered without worrying whether someone will be there if it needs to be signed for or in the case of deliveries that can be left unattended, I know it is in safe hands. Unlike PO Boxes, I can get anything delivered, as you get a suite number miner, no a PO Box, and as we are currently renting, if we move, I don’t have to change address’ for all the services we currently subscribe to as everything goes to one unchanging address.

They say you don't know about a service until you need it. NatPost is a great example of this. I live in an apartment block which has had issues with mail getting stolen and then there is hassle of eBay/Amazon of other deliveries which occur at times when i am almost never home. Since finding out about NetPost all my mail including parcel deliveries are now set to their instead of my apartment. When i am at work someone is always there during business hours to sign for packages etc This is the big difference. A normal PO Box with Auspost will not allow for parcel delivery. Natpost works like a serviced office for deliveries I've been a customer for 8 years. I can't see myself leaving for the convenience and pricing they offer


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking providing you give 5 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.

Any request for a refund, cancellation or rescheduling must be sent in writing to the VenueNow Customer Support team to ensure your request is actioned.
