We did a whisky tasting and It was EXCELLENT! So great, in fact, we will be coming again in the near future 😃 I have to say, I was not a fan of whisky, but according to the class I’ve been drinking it all wrong! So I like it now. The bar person who guided us was excellent and she really knows her stuff. We also appreciated the absinthe tasting and the cocktails are amazing (and reasonably priced).

The cocktails here were really well made. The decor is stunning and it's just a great venue for a cocktail catch up. Like so many venues tonight it was underpatronised but that's a sign of the current economic climate and no reflection on the quality of the venue or menu. The cocktails we loved were Curly Wurly, Lemon Meringue and Selfie (where one of the staff pops out and take a polaroid and it comes clipped to your glass. Cute as).

Came here for a cocktail making class to surprise my wife. We both absolutely loved it and had such a great time. The drinks were great, the staff were fun and friendly and the place was interesting with lots of different fancy chairs. Would recommend looking at this place for events like tasting and making classes. Definitely give a passion fruit martini a try!

A night that was affirmed and truly delivered. Starting off with a whiskey class, our host was informative, providing diverse tastes and flavours in rounds that were well timed. The reserved atrium was the perfect space for a group of 20 guys. It gave us flexibility to drink and smoke cigars for the night. The theme takes you to an Art Deco 1930s great Gatsby scene. Service felt tailored and our host ensured our event was smooth. Great correspondence from the coordinator, helpful to plan right night for us. Everybody enjoyed themselves and the drinks. Highly recommend Polly bar to host an event.

Polly Bar is one of the most incredible bars I’ve worked with! I hosted an event in their upstairs space for 30 girls on Working Holidays and everything was amazing. The venue itself is so beautiful and great for what we were looking for which was space to mingle! The whole process of booking with Polly Bar was so easy and every staff member we spoke to was so helpful. From Michael, the function coordinator which made the booking process so easy. To our amazing bartender for the night Asa, who was so bubbly, friendly, helped us with the music and screens, taking photos of our group and the girls loved chatting to them! Thank you Polly Bar!!
