Amazing, extremely friendly service. Food was excellent quality. Amazing prices for the steak specials - and they were cooked to order. Kids absolutely smashed the bowl of chips & garlic cheese pizza and garlic bread. Tiniest one had the waffles, which she absolutely loved.

We were there for Thick and Juicy day party. The drinks were ridiculously expensive! I was charged $18 for a bottle of Asahi... then when my bank statement came through, I had been charged a $1.20 service fee or tip per drink! Such a joke when the staff were not friendly and the venue is shabby.

We had our 2023 work Xmas party here and Harry, Dani and all the staff made sure we had a great time. The food was good, the service was great. 50 people left happy. Can recommend them!

Bouncers at this joint has no clue. They believe any body complaints about keeping the space during the event. Such a bunch of clueless bouncers. Finally someone intervened and told them to back off. This place plans events that has no room to pack so many people trampling on each other. Worse event ever tonight. Creaking balcony that might fall any time with people dancing to music. Will complain to city to inspect this place. Old creaking, shaking building should be condemned before upstairs falls over from the weight of people dancing.

The food was delivered 70 minutes after we ordered. Consider that for a moment before reading how it unfolded. We arrived early (5.15pm) for a 6pm booking ahead of the Paul McCartney concert nearby. We sat down and our food and drinks orders were taken at 5.30pm. At 6.20pm, after other partrons who ordered after us were served their meals (not complex) and we were still waiting, my partner asked a waitress near the kitchen about the status of our order. She promised to "look into it" but did not return. When together we asked a second time at 6.30pm, a waitress explained the order had gone to another table and a "rush order" had been put on. We were assured it would be delivered "soon". When at 6.35pm we asked a third time, we were quoted "two minutes". The meal arrived at 6.40pm. It was delicious. Recognising that in a busy restaurant mistakes can be made (nobody is perfect) we expect more openness and honesty. This could have been rectified with prompt action at 6.20pm rather than ignoring the issue in the hope it would disappear. We received no apology and, only when pressed, did they offer to provide the meal complimentarily. Clearly they were too busy or did not have the audacity to chase us for the unpaid drink as we walked out to head to the concert. Whether we ever return is uncertain.
