Reviews for The Irish Times Pub

A gorgeous, comfy little pub, with generous portion sizes, home style comfort food which was well priced, and friendly staff. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back next time we’re in Melbourne! They were very accomodating of us wanting to order a few starters instead of mains for the kids, and gave us a quiet table like I requested which was really nice as I didn’t expect they’d be able to. Thanks guys!

Lovely little Irish pub, perfect for a late night drink. Friendly service and cute decor with a few special touches... Check out the quaint little 2 person booth under the staircase( with a stained glass window) and the map of Ireland on the roof that looks a bit like a water stain. Toilets were a bit pungent ( coming from men's toilets but could smell it in women's)

I can't believe you can get beautiful food like this from an Irish Pub. The eye fillet was cooked perfectly, with a side order of calamari salad. Everything just melted in your mouth. The sizzling brownie and pavlova was to die for. Huge compliments to the chef. Outstanding service to top of our last night in Melbourne. We will definitely visit here at The Irish Times Pub on Little Collins Street again. Thank you for a beautiful meal.💞

Nothing better than a classic Irish pint on a cold summer's day in Melbourne 😜. Classic Irish pub vibes which I'm all about. We ate here in bangers and mash night which was bangers and mash and a beer or wine for $25. It was homely and delicious. We also had the calamari salad for a lighter meal option and it really hit the spot.

Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent beers. The Guiness and Kilkenny were beautiful. Excellent atmosphere. The upstairs was lovely and the downstairs was great too. Bars on both levels and plenty of dark timber and memorabilia to set the theme. We loved the calamari, the legendary burger, the curry and the Guiness beef pie. The seasoning on the chips was fantastic too. Sometimes you just can't fault a place. This is one of those. We'll be back at the next opportunity. Highly recommend.
