Panorama Retreat is nestled away in the mountains. It's in a quiet and beautiful area with trees all around you. The room I booked was small but perfect for an overnight stay. The breakfast catered for our needs and was served by a delightful young person with a beautiful smile but I forgot to get her name! SORRY!! Justine the office manager was so hospitable and we could have chatted to her all day. Justine went out of her way for us and it hasn't gone unnoticed! Thank you!

Although a little remote, Panorama’s staff and service are impeccable. I stayed in the Cottage which was great except for the horrible, lumpy mattress - I think it was an old futon and we all know about futons… The blinds could do with replacing that’s for sure and maybe some curtains installed to keep in the warmth. It dropped to 10 degrees in the cottage - colder than outside. There were blankets though. No coffee plunger for those who love their coffee first thing. Lovely, fresh continental brekkie in the dining room and there’s a cool cafe just up the road for those who want a more satisfying hot breakfast. Beautiful gardens and perfect as a conference centre.

Great value conference centre and accommodation. Food was delicious and really good quality without being overly fussy. Staff were lovely. Location was beautiful. Conference facilities were really good.

Lovely location. Room was not cleaned prior to entry, especially floors. Floors were dirty and dusty, couch had a white dried substance on it, dead bugs in window sills, dead blow flys on the floor, TV channels weren't tuned and would not work, DVD'S were scratched so the movies kept skipping, hairs were on the floor if the bathroom and sinks, dead bugs on the top of the microwave and bench, microwave was not clean, HAIRS IN THE BED and a black cockroach crawling up the wall in the bathroom. For $240 per night in the cottage, just way overpriced for an unclean stay! We won't be coming back and would NOT recommend.
