We celebrated our wedding reception at Waterfront on the Pier. It was such a spectacular night. From the gorgeous views, delicious food and drinks. It was truly a night to remember. We had a few logistical hiccups along the way (like all wedding days), but Christelle made sure the evening ran smoothly! All of our guests loved the venue and had such a great night. Thank-you to Christelle and the team.

This is going to be scathing. Where do we start. How about I don't need music at 80+ decibels playing while I'm trying to enjoy a late lunch on Sunday. If I wanted to hear off tune beats played at freeway truck noise levels, I suppose I would visit your establishment again. It was so loud it drowned out everything and our family ended up communicating by screaming at each other for the 1hr+ we were there. As someone who grew up playing music, it was like nails on chalkboard hearing off tune guitar music with off beat singing. Tables: sticky. Menus: sticky. Chairs: need to be replaced... I mean, seriously, is there still foam in them? WINDOWS: LEARN TO CLEAN THEM SO PEOPLE CAN ENJOY THE VIEW. I feel sorry for the wait staff who were excellent. Attentive and helpful. Food... ahhh well where do we start. $48 for fish and chips. Not even a piece of flake or battered or grilled fish but two fish 'sticks'. You do realise you have a fish and chip shop 100m away that will sell you enough food to feed a family with teenagers for $48 right? Pasta: THAT MUCH GARLIC IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH. Beef salad: amazing, bravo. Bread: seriously? Someone went to woollies, bought a loaf, cut the crust off, toasted it and it became this bread with trio of dips. Pork: passable, decent. Steak for $68. When I saw the waitress write down M when I said medium rare, I fully expected to get my steak medium. Instead what I got was rare. Seared and left bloody. I enjoyed it enough as I do prefer my steaks rare rather than cooked through, but as far as professionalism goes, it was an utter fail. For $68, you really need to do better. At least the quality cut of meat and the flavours were good.

Certainly the worst ever venue I had experienced in Melbourne..It was my best friend's wedding and unfortunately with a very bad food, staff's rude behaviour, it completely spoiled my mood and turned me off...will recommend everyone if yu want some good hospitality, then this place is not worth it...A Big NO from my side!

UTTER LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and DISREGARD TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!!! I recently attended my brother's wedding at this venue (9th Dec), and it pains me to say that the experience was far from satisfactory. The only redeeming quality was the venue's picturesque location. Unfortunately, the premium price charged for the food didn't align with the quality or quantity provided. The staff's responsiveness was lacking, as evidenced by the prolonged wait for a simple coffee order, which took nearly 25 minutes to fulfill. Furthermore, one particular staff member, a tall lady (well groomed one), consistently ignored our requests, making the overall service experience quite frustrating. Our attempt to request additional servings, like fries for the kids' table, fell on deaf ears, leaving us with an insufficient supply that had to be shared among the children. While a few staff members were helpful (especially one girl in the waiting staff who eventually brought us our coffee), their efforts were overshadowed by the overall chaos, especially when they were the sole contributors to fulfilling requests. Despite the significant investment in the venue, the overall outcome was disappointing, with little to show for the money spent. It's disheartening when a venue's potential is overshadowed by such shortcomings. ** I waited on sharing my review until now because my brother and his wife had scheduled a meeting with the management to address the shortcomings. SHOCKINGLY, the representatives of this godforsaken venue failed to show up, shining a glaring light on their utter LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM once again. This level of disregard for customer concerns is simply unacceptable. **.

Thank you Christelle and team for such a beautiful event. Christelle understood all the details I asked for the bridal shower. The food was very lovely, served with love. All my guests enjoyed their food and drinks. Lastly I would like to thank our waiter for the event, he was really patient with us all, very polite and professional. Thank you so much to you all including chefs and bartenders. I will definitely refer all my friends
