No decent coworking space, rude manager, aircon always broken, half the offices smell like mould, and ridiculous charges for everything on top of the existing contract.
We were unhappy with our time at servcorp, there was always false, unexpected and hidden charges on every invoice. Manager was hostile and unhelpful.
The office is well located with easy access and plenty of parkings for visiting clients. The staff are friendly and helpful. Office is well presented with great meeting facilities. The good thing about this office is there is a tennis court, BBQ area and a swimming pool. I can work and exercise without going to the gym. Macquarie shopping centre just 10-15 minutes walk.

They provide highly trained professional reception staff that compliment a range of other facilities including meeting rooms, board rooms and a general business lounge for times when you just need to do basic admin.
