Phar Lap is our newest addition to the stables. With its modern and spacious design and abundance of natural light, this newly renovated multipurpose meeting room has been designed to accommodate medium-sized conferences and events.

Makybe Diva is our highly sought after meeting room with flexible setup options for meetings, seminars, and even cocktail events. Located on the mezzanine level, this room is sure to impress with its modern furnishings and abundance of natural light coming from its large windows.

This modern Parramatta conference room is filled with an abundance of natural light and a beautiful timber setting. Steeds is suitable for all types of events including cocktail parties, corporate events and training sessions.

Situated at the front of the hotel, The Post is our large indoor-outdoor venue most popular for stand-up cocktail events, buffet BBQ dinners, and large Christmas parties. This venue offers an easy-going atmosphere to kick back and have some fun.

This room is a popular choice for intimate meetings and workshops. Carbine can seat up to 14 guests, perfect for boardroom meetings.

Champs Bar & Dining is a welcoming restaurant and cocktail bar with a flavourful dining menu and exceptional made-to-order cocktails and top-shelf liquor. It’s the ideal place to relax and unwind after a long day at work, or really take your holiday relaxation to the next level.

Located on ground floor next to the reception, Derby is our smallest meeting room and is the perfect space for a quick or last-minute meeting. This space can hold up to 8 people in a boardroom style.

This place is nothing but crap, ordered dinner and waited over 90 minutes for it to come out stone cold. And they charge an absurd price for a steak sandwich. Accomodation is average at best, there are way better places to stay for the price. While staying here they had contractors paint outside my room, no warning and when I brushed pas the door frame going into my room I ended up with paint on my shirt. Avoid this place at all costs and what ever you do, stay away from their restaurant, If you do choose to stay here I suggest using Uber eats to order in. Once again avoid this place at all costs it’s total crap
All of the staff were truly awesome—very warm, welcoming, and attentive. We really felt looked after. However, the hotel itself was disappointing. There were large cockroaches in the lobby, and our room was extremely warm. We even had to borrow an extra fan just to be able to sleep. We booked two nights for our anniversary, and we don’t have much extra money for things like this. We actually saved up for a while just to afford a nice celebration, so it really hurts that the experience turned out this way. We even ended up going home after the first night because the room was too uncomfortable to stay in. The pool area was also slippery, so please be extra careful. And during the buffet breakfast, we noticed a fly on the breads and pastries, which was quite off-putting. Overall, what was supposed to be a special anniversary stay turned into a bit of a disaster for us. It’s a good thing the employees were all very kind, but unfortunately they couldn’t really fix the issues we experienced.
Alex was amazing, his service was outstanding. We were exhausted got to our room late, and our aircon wasnt working, Alex came straight up, after returning 3 times to correct it. He went above & beyond! We appreciate your excellent service Alex, what an asset to Rydges you are. Well done.
What made staying at Rydges Parramatta a great experience was their staff! Mel and Alex at the front desk were exceptional. They were flexible and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you for looking after me! Gold stars to you both!
After spending 32000 QFP plus $ we had 3 room changes for a three night stay . We had no aircons, then we had blocked sinks , then we got a desktop fan as we were claustrophobic . We had missing spoons , cups and classes. Duty managers, Alex and Mel tried very hard to comfort the guests .Pool area has rusted railings , spa 4/10 over chorilnated. The facility needs to be audited for hospitality compliance .
