The restaurant's head chef has created a menu that pays homage to traditional favourites with modern twists of Lebanese and Japanese dishes, such as charcoal-roasted, skewered meats; ladyfingers, Grilled Chicken Shish, Lamb Kafta, homemade basturma (a Middle Eastern, air-dried beef), baba ghanoush made with eggplant chunks and miso, and hummus served up alongside edamame beans in chilli oil.
