I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was ready before the official check-in time, which was incredibly helpful—it allowed me to drop off my luggage and enjoy my afternoon in Sydney stress-free. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower, made it easy to relax after a long day. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The blackout curtains were a great touch, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Considering all these comforts, the value for the price was excellent.
My daughter and I were very fortunate enough to get an early check in which was great. We also got a lovely welcome card and plate of sweet cakes. Which surprised us greatly and was much appreciated after a big morning. The staff were so helpful and accommodating in answering all our questions. Great location, and our room was spotless. The only downside would of been the shuttle bus service but they are not affiliated with Novotel
Great location for the airport and local restaurants although rooms really need updating and a good clean. Definitely overpriced for the quality of rooms. Bar food was way over cooked and cold even though there was only a couple people there. 9.30pm on a Friday, so I didn't think they would have any staffing issue. Cross fingers they improve otherwise those closer airport hotels may be a better option.
Travelled with a newborn and toddler for an overnight stay prior to flying out the next morning. The room was large in size, with two singles and a king bed with ample space for the bassinet. Lights were dimmable and perfect for pumping and feeding at night with minimal interruption to the rest of the family. Bathroom was outdated, but the quality of the room service, buffet with a dedicated gluten free section, friendly and helpful reception staff and short walking distance to supermarket and the nearby playground topped off our stay prior to an interstate flight. Highly recommended for travelling families with young children.
The best NOVOTEL lobby set up. They even had a luggage scale. Cozy lounge area, piano separate from main restaurant and bar. LOVED IT definitely will be back and highly recommended.
