There are better options closer to the Airport. The rooms are ok but need updating. They look good on the surface but are worn out. The bathroom was very average. I’m not a tall person and I had to squat down to use the shower. They charge extra to use the shuttle bus to the Airport.
Enjoyed my overnight stay at this hotel, great location for anyone using SYD International Terminal. Rate included 7 days of covered parking, which was super great value and very convenient. Although I was charged for Mini Bar items later which I never consumed, waiting reply from hotel at time of review. Feedback which is outside their control the 8.55am airport shuttle failed to show, myself and few other people waited in excess of 30mins for the next which was very disappointing and unreliable. With these minor issues I would consider staying her again.
Very reasonable hotel. Just after we arrived, there was a cancelled flight coming in so the bar got overwhelmed and forgot our order but the server came over and apologised personally, which was a nice gesture. The shuttle to the airport is expensive. It's cheaper to take a taxi/ride share service, especially if you're more than one person. For that matter, most airport hotels around the world offer free airport shuttle transfers, at least in my experience.
This was my first stay at the Novotel Sydney Airport in some years (my last stay had been when the hotel was the Sydney Airport Mercure), and I welcomed the upgrades to the hotel itself and the development of the local area, which means that guests would not need to go far to find retail, dining and public transport services. I found I could access the city centre and other parts of Sydney readily from Wolli Creek station. The hotel restaurant is open throughout the day and has a wide choice on the menu, although breakfast time can be very busy, so timing a guest's visit for breakfast can be important.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. **Room:** My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. **Dining:** The food was amazing! The staff at the restaurant were also very attentive and friendly, adding to the overall great experience. **Service:** The service throughout my stay was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s clear that the team here is committed to providing an excellent guest experience. **Facilities:** The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. Everything was well-maintained and added to the luxurious feel of the stay. **Overall:** I had an amazing experience at Novotel Sydney. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for amazing vibe, luxurious, comfortable, convenient and stay in Sydney. I can’t wait to return!
