Rooms were decent. The wardrobe was a good hiding place. Beds were easy to move. Pool was nice and cold. Bathroom was a bit grotty, shower head popped off and wasn’t fixed. Windows hard to open. However it had a buffet, beds were comfy. There was mini fridge. Good stay.

The room was clean however, I had to source more sugar for my cup of tea and take the TV remote back down to reception to have the batteries replaced. The toilet paper was low although I didn't run out, and there was not a replacement roll in the toilet. The rooms were a little dated but adequate. The service from all staff encountered was outstanding and friendly.

Great value for Standard double room and wonderful location. I got a nice and quiet room but for the room service wasn't happy much👎🏻The staff isn't respectful of their duty,The way to talk with customers very poor. I call to room service just ask for 3 spoon but the answer that I got is " if you want it then just walk to the ground floor" the person told me with a mad voice that I didn't expected that happen. If he told me nicely then I don't mind to do that at all just feeling disappointed. Anyway,at the front receptionists was wonderful and so helpfulness❤️

Best thing about this place is the location - but historically, these guys don’t respond to negative reviews but here goes. The air con doesn’t work. called reception - concierge - room service the day we arrived multiple times, all of which went unanswered except room service which had an automated reply of “your request has been acknowledged”. The shower head didn’t work and there was mould on the walls and sink basin. Service was only helpful if it was some TV int they could be bothered addressing. If you’re after great service, modern rooms and/ or value for money In Parramatta, I d recommend to Mercure instead…

Paramatta Novotel is in a terrific location for dining out with a wealth of cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as a major shopping centre within walking distance. Whilst our room had a nice view, it was small, with only one chair and inadequate storage space for 2 people on a lengthy stay. We couldn't really consider using the spa (it didn't seem clean). All of the staff were helpful as far as possible. The breakfast buffet was the usual hotel fair and essentially the same every day with little variation. Coffee was self-serve via a nescafe machine.. pretty much all the basics. The juicer for fresh carrot and orange was a highlight...and the mushrooms. Overall, it is adequate, but don't expect too much.
