I wanted to reach out to thank you for the complimentary stay and share our gratitude for such an amazing experience. This visit truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team’s warm welcome and attention to detail set a perfect tone. The Executive Suite was a fantastic upgrade—immaculately clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it ideal for my family. Our kids had a wonderful time and felt right at home, which made the experience even more enjoyable for all of us. Your efforts to provide an unforgettable stay have left a great impression, and I’m grateful for the care and hospitality we received. I’ll happily recommend Novotel Sydney Parramatta to others, knowing they’ll be in excellent hands.
The stay was quite good, after being confused slightly by getting to the hotel because of the new light rail works, the check in process was quite good, even allowing us to our room whilst reception handled some checking in processes that were going to take a while. We didn't ask for much whilst we stayed there, but what we did ask for was never an issue and was promptly handled. The room was adequate and well furnished, we stayed on floor 7 and didn't hear any city noises at night. The only thing to fault in the room was our wardrobe doors were not working properly and would stay open, sitting in the middle of the runners, and there were no extra blankets in the room, otherwise fine. The hotel will be exceptionally well located in the future when the light rail opens for use, the stop is within 30 seconds walk from the front door, the light rail will take you to many places and you will be able to swap at Parramatta train station for all other connections. Close to Church street cafe's and restaurants, so plenty of options for food and enjoying dinner out. Overall quite a good experience.
We spent one night and the kids loved it. It was for our anniversary and I liked that they left a lovely note and some complementary snacks and drinks for us. The 4 stars are mainly for the not so cleaned pool
Rooms were decent. The wardrobe was a good hiding place. Beds were easy to move. Pool was nice and cold. Bathroom was a bit grotty, shower head popped off and wasn’t fixed. Windows hard to open. However it had a buffet, beds were comfy. There was mini fridge. Good stay.
Nice room and amenities. However, I was disappointed when I discovered that there was no duvet cover on the bed.... The bed was well made but turns out it was just a duvet sandwiched between two flat sheets. How can a hotel with a great reputation not even have the correct bedding?? This made me uneasy about the cleanliness of the bed. There was also dust/fluff on the walls in front of the air venting. Should probably look into cleaning out the vents.
