Great resort but once you are there unless you have a car it's hard to get around. The resort itself is beautiful. The breakfast is nice when included in the room price. I was on a bottom floor with a plunge pool. It was beautiful. At night the lights outside on the path are left on. However being on the ground floor this also means light coming in through the windows. I ended up using towels to block the light coming through. If this would bother you make sure you get a room above ground floor level. Internet connection was not great.

The rooms are lovely, and the location on the beach is beautiful. On this occasion we were very disappointed. Our room wam’t ready for check when we arrived at 1.30. Not an issue as check in is normally 2pm. We were told we would get a call by 2pm to let us know when we could check in. We returned at 2.30 to be told the room wasn’t ready, but would be within an hour. As it is our wedding anniversary we brought champagne and seafood to have on our balcony for lunch. That sat in the car while we waited for check in. We orders a bowl of chips from the pool bar. They arrived cold and soggy. I went to the pool toilets and there was no toilet paper in the roll and wet toilet paper all over the floor and vanity. After this experience I went to reception to ask if we could finally check in. It was almost 3.30 by then. Although our room is in itself lovely we had called called earlier to see what type of room we would be checking into and were told hinterland or garden view. As can be seen by the attached photos there was neither of these views. If we had have been told the view from the terrace was going to be a bicycle courtyard to the south, housekeeping trolleys to the east and the hotel driveway to the west we would have know to expect that disappointment. If information is transparent then one knows what to expect. No complaints about guest services. They were very empathetic and concerned, but our expectations on this occasions was disappointing.

The place may have aged a little with some minor renovations happening, but the room we stayed in through 'Holiday management co' (airbnb) was so comfortable and clean. Their pool is stunning, Beachfront and a short walk to restaurants and cafes. Cute cocktail bar, at the main pool area and heated pool near the tennis court for Winter getaways. Unwind, relax and enjoy! Ideal for a couple's romantic getaway, with a fully self-contained apartment.

We paid almost $600 a night for a 2 bedroom suite with a private plunge pool and I would have had better amenities if I stayed at home. The afternoon we got there we went to the bar to order a light snack and some cocktails at 3:45pm. A large group arrived after us so the girl at the bar asked if she could take their order first because the kitchen closed at 4pm, of course I said yes. We then ordered 2 cocktails & a bowl of chips & she told us we couldn’t get the chips because the kitchen was now closed it wasn’t even 4.01pm. There wasn’t enough service in our room to make or receive any phone calls. We paid extra for a private plunge pool but only one of us could sit out by it at a time because there was only one sun bed. When we asked reception for another sun bed we were just simply told no. Your duty manager looks great in a suit but can’t solve a problem to save himself. You have a casting channel on your tv that doesn’t work, so reception suggested we go out and buy a chrome cast so we could watch all of our streaming services that we pay for. Guess what, we did that, it cost us $70 & your tv still didn’t support it. When I rang reception to ask how to hook it up the girl told me that they should have never told me to do that cause the tvs are just too old. So we bit the bullet and decided to pay you even more money and watch something on demand, but guess what, not enough internet connection in the room to support on demand either. Decided to book a treatment at the day spa but they were about as helpful as your reception staff with flexibility. So for any guests reading this, I highly recommend going down to Crystalbrook and visiting Eleme Day Spa, they were amazing, so flexible with times, customising our treatments and so much cheaper than Peppers. All in all, what a waste of money and time for what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway for me and my best friend. This resort should be embarrassed to be branded as Peppers. I’ve stayed at many Peppers resorts before and this is nothing like the quality I’ve experienced, this place is a joke. EDIT - Thank you for your response, Ashley, even though I see it is a cut and paste from what you use for most of your other disappointed customers. Does this mean you are sending free accommodation vouchers in the mail so that you can provide a better experience next time?
