Wonderful hotel in every aspect. Rooms were exceptional. Service from check in to check out was excellent. Great ambience and location. We had drinks and dined in the Fax bar in the lobby. Great cocktails and food. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We cannot fault this hotel and will definitely stay again. The location was excellent and central to everything. Just a short walk to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. We stayed in the Heritage rooms, which were very spacious with beautiful high ceilings. The restaurant serves a great breakfast and the pricing is very fair. We had the a la carte breakfast which catered for everyone, teenagers included, with everything from an incredible bacon & egg burger, to Bircher muesli, pancakes and omelettes. The bar was a great spot for an early evening drink with a great snack menu too. Amazing staff in every area. They could not have been more helpful. A perfect stay, thank you!

Great rooms, large, clean, modern, equipped with the latest things inkl. Iron and iron board, safe, coffee machine, good teli etc. Bathroom nice, big, clean with shower and bath tub. Great restaurant, bar. Good breakfast. Good and clean gym, spa and indoor pool. Only thing to complain the super SLOW elevators. Even three of them make you wait for 5-12 min during rush hours. Stairs are only an option downstairs, because for security reasons the is no way to the room levels thru the staircase. Super friendly, well trained staff on all levels. Location is simply perfect! Few minutes walk to circular quay and a view more to Darling Harbour and the rocks. The construction around the hotel wasn't cool, but that didn't make the place less good.

I have stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years. Our most recent stay was the first time since the name change from Radisson Blue to Paradox. The service and value for money was still as good as always. The hotel is very well positioned, just a few minutes walk from either Wynyard or Martin Place stations. And very easy walking from here to the main attractions in Sydney City. The buffet breakfast is also very good if you include it in your stay.

A great experience! Will choose here next time! The perfect position just walking to Sydney opera house only 15mins. Good for shopping and tour in city! Service was excellent, polite and patient staffs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Five stars for the experience.
