This is an all around great hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. Great location in the middle of the city. The rooms we nice and clean. Comfortable beds, I even spied a power adapter in the drawer for those of us from out of the country. We wanted a different pillow, room service brought us 4 more to try out. They even did two big bags of laundry for $60 while we were out for the day. The best part was the breakfast, it was delicious, they even had a gluten free table with many choices. There are endless food selections, just top notch.

My friend and I booked an appointment for a massage at the spa, and prior to our appointment we got coffee at The Fax bar. The server was amicable and the bar had high windows that lit the place up invitingly. We also made full use of the health club facilities which were included in our spa massage. There was a swimming pool( which had a celling view), a jacuzzi and a sauna. All of them were in pristine condition and were an added bonus to our experience. The cherry on top was the spa, our masseuse was skilled, made us feel relaxed and looked after us really well. Overall it was a fantastic experience, and we would go back again. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!!! From the moment we checked in we were super impressed. Great location, close to CBD and main attractions, and valet parking onsite. The room was gorgeous, clean and super roomy. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff - extra towels on request, and taking our bags up and out of our room (even though we didn't need them to). We felt super spoilt the whole weekend. It was such a wonderful stay and we'll definitely book again! 10/10 🌟

I would like to say thanks to the management along with the staffs who checked us in and made us feel so welcome. We really appreciated the surprise in the room that was waiting for us. Truly amazing and lovely staffs. Special thanks to the ladies (sorry forgotten the names worked on 25) who helped us with our questions and even gave us suggestions. They made our night extra special.

One night stay on short business trip, room was booked for 2 nights as I arrived early in the morning via red eye. Was initially told my room was cancelled as I didn't arrive a day earlier, but this was sorted out in about 10 mins. Settled into the room, which felt quite dated mid 80s feel, but room was clean and large enough. Room staff was attentive, and room service was good.
