This is an all around great hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. Great location in the middle of the city. The rooms we nice and clean. Comfortable beds, I even spied a power adapter in the drawer for those of us from out of the country. We wanted a different pillow, room service brought us 4 more to try out. They even did two big bags of laundry for $60 while we were out for the day. The best part was the breakfast, it was delicious, they even had a gluten free table with many choices. There are endless food selections, just top notch.
Amazing!!!! From the moment we checked in we were super impressed. Great location, close to CBD and main attractions, and valet parking onsite. The room was gorgeous, clean and super roomy. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff - extra towels on request, and taking our bags up and out of our room (even though we didn't need them to). We felt super spoilt the whole weekend. It was such a wonderful stay and we'll definitely book again! 10/10 🌟
We stayed here last night with our baby, We where a little bit hesitant about staying here while reading through other reviews e.g. cockroaches and cleanliness but ended up very pleasantly surprised! The room was very spacious and clean, the building was a little bit dated but a classic style room and restaurant. The cot/bassinet provided for the baby was quite old and most likely didn’t meet AUS standards for sleep BUT was a courteous free add on. The concierge and reception staff were very pleasant and happy to help with everything from our bags to any questions we had. The valet parking was arguably the best perk of the stay $75 for the whole day with speedy service and accomodating staff that helped us get packed and unpacked into the car each time! The later checkout time 12pm was very convenient and allowed us to not have to rush out in the morning. Regarding the noise/ construction, it was nice and peaceful throughout the night but was a tad bit annoying in the morning (obviously not a matter of the hotel but something to note for late risers.) Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!
It has always been a pleasure to get back to a Radisson property. My flight from New Zealand was delayed and I reached Hotel late night. The staff was quick to help me with an extension of checkout next day and offered me extra bottles of water or and a room upgrade. Amazing service! They were also very prompt and following up post check out and updated my new contact details on Radisson membership.
Wonderful hotel with what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The buildings character is delightful and the modern interior is luxurious, with a lovely nod to the past. The location is central and very close to everything. We stayed from the 27th to 29th of December and it was busy but the service was excellent and swift. The room we stayed in was large and we had ample room! We ordered room service quite late but it was promptly delivered and tasted fabulous. Overall it was a fabulous stay and we will be back when we visit Sydney again!
