From the moment we arrived, our stay at Pullman Olympic Park was smooth and enjoyable. Check-in was streamlined and stress free, thanks to the happy and friendly staff who made us feel welcome right away. Our room was clean, fresh, and comfortable, exactly what you’d hope for after a day of travel. During our stay we had access to the Executive Lounge, which was a real bonus. There was a great range of food and drink options available, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. This hotel is in a prime location, especially if you’re attending any events at Olympic Park. Everything was within easy reach, and the quality of the service and amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Pullman Olympic Park for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and excellent hospitality.

Enjoyed our stay at the Pullman. We found the staff at reception, the bar and in general around the hotel to be quite welcoming. I arrived around 2pm. I was given a room upgrade and access to my room before check in time. Much appreciated. Very comfortable bed, well laid out bathroom and convenient location right near concert venue. Only issues were that I could hear lift noise from my room at times so sound proofing maybe an issue. Did notice some room service dishes left near the lift on our floor for some time. A small set of fake eyelashes was found in bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable room and an enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Pullman Hotel and overall had a good experience. The highlight was definitely the location – it was perfectly situated for easy access to the stadium, which made attending the event incredibly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, one issue that stood out was the extremely strong fragrance used in the lobby and around the lifts. It was very overpowering and lingered to the point of being uncomfortable. Another downside was the price. While I understand that prices can rise during major events, the rate felt excessive – bordering on price gouging. It’s disappointing to see such steep increases simply because there was an event on. All in all, a good stay in terms of comfort and location, but the overly strong scent and inflated pricing did detract from the overall experience.

This property is in urgent need of a renovation. The chairs are stained in the restaurant. You can feel the floor is uneven even with the thick carpet on top. Unfortunately we were put in a room right behind the lifts and had a terrible night of hearing the lifts going up and down. Staff were very helpful and provided us another room away from the lifts the second night. Restaurant staff were also very friendly. The location is fantastic. Just disappointed with this hotel not living up to 5-star expectations.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the professionalism of the staff of the hotel. My room was in immaculate condition when I returned each day. The staff that looked after my room did absolutely everything to make my stay amazing. Thank you to all the people that made my stay amazing.
