Views from the Ocean view room were absolutely stunning! The room was also large and spacious, and was equipped with everything you'd need for medium to long stay. The location of the hotel was also really great! 1 min walk to the beach, and another minute walk to heaps and heaps of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops. However, there remain areas of improvements which are as follows: 1. The shower water pressure in the room was absolutely horrible. Considering we were on the 26th floor of a 70+ storey building, I don't see why the water pressure would be so bad! 2. The level of cleanliness in the room - Although housekeeping did a daily "refresh", the room was not adequately cleaned. It still felt rather dirty and dusty in some areas. 3. The checkout time of 10am - We were rather shocked to hear that checkout time was at 10am, which makes no sense especially since the hotel's official check-in time for incoming guests is a 2pm. I don't understand why the hotel would need close to 4 hours to turnover a room for an incoming guest. On a side note it also means that a 1 night stay (In at 2pm and Out at 10am) is barely 24 hours! I'd otherwise rate the hotel an 8/10 if you're willing to look past the 3 red-flags outlined above.

Wonderful stay at the Soul hotel. Fantastic location, right in the middle of everything. Beautiful views and large spacious balconies. Nothing beats looking out to a never-ending ocean view. The apartment was very clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. There was some wear and tear such as broken blinds and stains on the couch and a old TV in the room with no channels. The kitchen is big and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and clean. The mattress could be better. The hotel lacked that hotel ambience and customer service. Apart from downstairs and the check in area we never saw any other staff. The check in ladies were lovely but the atmosphere felt more like private apartments. We went all the way to our room and the keys did not work so had to go back to reception and wait in the long line again to get a new card. But technology happens. The pool was always so busy possibly a bit too small for the site. But lovely outdoor area. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back.

First time staying here and was very impressed. Beautiful large and clean rooms with a spectacular view of the beach and cavill mall. Would highly recommend staying here only downside was the wait times for the lift. Great tourist location.

From the moment I contacted the hotel's reservation Assistant manager, Mr. Matthew, I was impressed by his exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Mr. Matthew was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process, accommodating my requests and ensuring that everything was in order for my stay. His friendly and personable demeanor made the entire reservation experience a pleasure. The staff at the hotel consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a genuine desire to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the attentive housekeeping team to the knowledgeable concierge, every interaction left a lasting positive impression. Thank you, Mr. Matthew, and the entire team, for making my stay an absolute delight.

Good location to shops, cafes, restaurants and tram services. Rooms are spacious, however feels outdated compared to reception/pool/hallways. Biggest downfall is the lifts and room cleaning. Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for the lift and don’t expect rooms to be re-done until after 3pm.
