•Went to see Gladiator at Gold Class last night. The movie was good, the service was not. Food and drinks took forever to come and when it did the food was first and the drinks latter, go figure that one. The food was inedible, the place should be called "Cold Class" not "Gold Class" as everything was cold, with the chips being the coldest of all time. Will never be going here again.
Gold class…There was an irritating blue dot on the screen throughout the whole movie. A known problem we were informed when we complained. Shame they hadn’t seen fit to inform us beforehand. The food was pretty basic and bland. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Pathetic service in gold class. Unsure why it takes so long for serving of any time of food or drink - generally 30 mins for a drink to be served (even when it’s quiet). Then refused service because we wanted to order based on the time it takes for a drink to be served. Unsure who the actual manager is but they need to step up and run the place better and provide service to paying customers. Spoke to someone who claimed they were the manager but they said they can’t do anything…….which is fine as I certainly won’t be back
The movie was wonderful. The staff could not have cared less. The seat and surrounds were dirty None of the food came with serviettes The food was so alful I felt sick It was a nearly $300 experience and was such a waist of money. I will return to the state where I usually go Come on guys Cleaning should be second nature after Covid. I had to ask for my chair controls to be wiped. Yuk
In the afternoon we walked up the movies. We saw A Good Day to Die Hard. Its all about Bruce Willis and his Son - crashing cars. shooting dozens of crooks and generally saving the world. I got to thinking ..... I really should do more Father / Son stuff together.
