The staff are excellent and really try to do a great job with a terrible product. Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, decent TV, quick laundry service, breakfast passable. Cons: paper thin walls, inconsistent hot water, rooms serviced every 3 days, keys had to be reset every day, lifts are snail slow (and they joke about it). If you get a commecting room, immediately seek a different room. You can hear EVERYTHING. To be fair, I never complained to the hotel to give them the chance to fix things, but these were pretty basic things.

You get what you pay for. Our bedsheets were thin and dirty - no quilt cover. Only a thin linen sheet placed on top so you could see how dirty the yellow quilt underneath was. The bathroom had mould in the corner and hair on the floor, no hairdryer available. Can hear other guests through the walls, woke up a lot throughout the night. Lift was also very slow. No room service available either. Wouldn’t recommend.

Staff are friendly. Rooms looks clean but tired looking and in need of renovation. Chipped sink bowl, carpets that are extremely worn down. Main set of lights weren't working. Poorly designed bathroom door. No towel rails in arms reach of the shower. Definitely not 4 star, perhaps 2-3 star. And like other reviewers say, the slowest lifts on earth. Breakfast service is acceptable. Pretty ok coffee but slow service. Location is... Mixed. It's a very convenient location, but feels a bit unsafe especially at night.

I booked a room stay for 5 days 4 nights. The mini bar at the room, I didn’t even touch and they charge me at my credit card. They said upon investigation, they said I took the food. This is a scam. Ridiculous. If your staff is a thief, u put the blame on others. I will never go back to that hotel again. The staff was good and friendly outside but inside we can’t judge. A liar and scammer hotel. Hotel was dirty in term of mattress

Location is great. Affordable price. Staff are lovely. Parking is $35 a night - cheaper to go to the upark next door. Room was freezing upon arrival - heater took over 20 minutes to kick start. Bed /mattress was broken - as I got in late and I was already dressed for bed, I had to put up with the bed. The facilities are below average and out dated. Shower water pressure was so weak, you could barely wash the soap off. signage saying to leave bathroom door open during shower due to smoke alarms and not having any air vents to prevent steam. This isn't appropriate when you are sharing the room with another. You get what you paid for I guess?
