The Deck Brighton is a newly renovated cafe, restaurant and function venue nestled in the streets of sunny, beachside, and cosmopolitan Brighton. During the day it’s primarily a cafe, providing an afternoon pit stop, brunch date, or family breakfast location. This brand new function venue offers a “paleo” menu, one of the first of its kind in Melbourne. For those not up-to-date with the diet du jour, paleo dishes are devoid of gluten, grains, wheat, dairy, and refined sugar. Take note: it’s way, WAY tastier than it sounds. Or you could get a burger, either is fine. As a function space, the Deck boasts a number of options and combinations; it’s a venue that lends itself to nigh on any conceivable event under the sun. There’s the front bar space, for cocktail parties. Then there’s the alfresco deck space, for enjoying warm summer breezes with a few friends and a beer. Lastly, there’s the sprawling and adaptable Aviary function space. No mere “plain room for any function”, the Aviary combines versatility with effortless style and striking features.
