The Fitz Cafe & Rooftop

The Fitz Cafe and Rooftop can be found at 347 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy VIC (above The Fitz Cafe and Restaurant). The 112 tram will get you just about to the location, and it’s not a long walk from the 96 tram on Nicholson Street.

Our menu is perfect for whatever you're in the mood for. We have delicious light and hearty meals from breakfast to dinner, so we've got you covered!

The Fitz Rooftop is a sophisticated and intimate cocktail bar, offering classic cocktails and an array of delicious Tapas, burgers and small plates.

The Fitz Rooftop offers a luxurious dining experience with beautiful views of the city. You are greeted by marble tables, ornate Victorian fireplaces and rich olive-green leather booths surrounded by ottomans and coffee tables for groups to commandeer or reserve space at one of the nearby white marble tables overlooking Downtown LA's skyline.

The exterior terrace area is perfect for our temperamental Melbourne weather. The retractable roof protects us from the sun when it's out and shelters us from the raindrops during a downpour, while pops of color on feature mural walls add some style to this side of town.

In the summer, you'll find groups gathered around our large open spaces and big mirrors for group bookings. In winter, enjoy a selection of Australian wines by a crackling fire to keep warm.

Lounge and Bar

The Lounge and Bar area offers a fun and contemporary venue for any event. With high marble tables, plush booths, dance floor space, bar area with seating that can accommodate up to 70 people in the lounge or 40 standing at an outdoor fire pit on rainy days!

Terrace

This rooftop terrace with its retractable roofing and heating will provide the ultimate indoor-outdoor vibe that everyone loves! This space has a private bar, comfortable seating areas, and it can accommodate up to 40 seated or 60 standing.

Fitzroy is located in the northern part of inner-city Melbourne and borders Collingwood, the CBD, Carlton, Northcote and Coburg. Fitzroy's location has been home to countless artists’ studios since the late 1800s- although now they are a lot harder to find. The largest concentration of galleries can be found on Smith St with smaller clusters scattered throughout – from Gertrude St to Brunswick St.

Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your:
