Cellar - The Cellar is a luxurious and stylish space that can accommodate up to 45 people, or be opened into an event with over 200 guests. Fully equipped for both functions- including private dining facilities as well as state-of-the-art technology -the cellar has been specifically designed so you will never have your style compromised on either side!

Attic - The Attic is a secluded, semi-private space that's tucked away from the rest of The George. This hidden nook is perfect for those times you want to enjoy yourself and your guests in an environment where it's just you - without feeling like there are no others around! Accommodating up to 30 people at one time, this more intimate room has all sorts of cozy lounge furniture, making them ideal for close friends or family while creating memories over dinner (or drinks).

Den - The Den is a beautiful, private space with its own entrance and bar. You can use the den for any event you wish - it has great decor options that will help create whatever ambience fits your needs best! 

Rumpus - Upon entering the George, tucked around the corner from all of its sleek and modern trappings is a semi-private dining or cocktail space. This welcoming room can be set up for any occasion - it's ideal for work catch-ups with friends or family members that are visiting! It has enough seating to accommodate small groups without feeling too cramped on your special day.

Parlour - Want to make a big impression on your guests? The Parlour at venue-ideal is the place. This exclusive space encompasses our long, New York-style bar and can be hired exclusively (or in conjunction with other event spaces) so that you have all-day access to it!

Full House - If you're looking for a place to hold an exclusive event for large groups, look no further than our venue. Book this entire space on any day of the week and throughout Friday evening or Saturday afternoon! We offer theming options that will make it unique just as much as yours.

Parlour Porch - The Parlour is a great space for drinks, but we also have an elevated area overlooking the main bar where you can enjoy privacy while still being able to chat with your friends. There's plenty of room on this porch and it's perfect if formalities aren't really what you're going for that evening!

Alongside head chef Kingsley Heron, chef Khanh Ong designed a new menu heavily inspired by the flavours of southern Vietnam.

The restaurant offers a wide selection of share plates for lunch and dinner, which includes must-try dishes like the Sambal Chicken Wings, Hanoi Pork Spring Rolls, ginger dumplings, succulent pork belly, lobster betel leaf, XO sauce Shrimp Dumplings and Pad Thai Noodle. They even have gluten-free options.

Book a casual bar table and round your crew for those well-deserved FRI-YAY after-work drinks! This iconic venue is even open late on a Friday & Saturday night, where DJs come in and it gives patrons the opportunity to let their hair down and dance until 3 am. The George On Collins offers a wide range of drink selections including house wine, beer and basic spirit. Their famous One Night in Paris with passion fruit liqueur and a white chocolate rim is worth paying them a visit for. Another must-try cocktail is the Gin Jam, which is Gin with blackberry jam, blackberry liqueur and lemon. There is surely a drink for everyone to enjoy!

Enjoy half-price cocktails every Thursday and Friday from 4 pm to 6 pm. A selection of our cocktails will be offered at half the price during this time including their One night in Paris cocktail (not all cocktails are half-price).
