I stayed in a King Room with balcony and city view. For $100 USD/night, I thought it was a good value. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The rug was ok, but I think it had seen better days. Bathroom was quite nice and everything worked a-ok. Service was fine and the location was good (short walk to a bunch of tram lines). The only significant negative was the elevator situation. Just one in operation, which was quite annoying. Thankfully I was on the first floor and could just use the stairs. Had I needed to use the elevator, i would have definitely been annoyed.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The rooms and amenities were spotless, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The city views are a nice bonus as well. The staff were super friendly and accommodating—I requested an early check-in for 11 AM, and they managed to get me a room by 12:30 PM, well ahead of the 3 PM standard. Definitely a comfortable spot to stay.

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in a double double room. (2 X double beds) The hotel staff even put a microwave in our room for us, and were able to honour our request for a room with a park view. The manager was so helpful and accommodating to a few of our other requirements and held our bikes in the luggage room. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable!

I’m not one to share negative reviews but the male front desk attendant at 11am 14/12/2025 was extremely rude for no reason. His behaviour was appalling and very argumentative and dismissive. I understand everyone has bad days but if you don’t like your job or have prejudice against certain people, you should not be working in customer service - give that job to someone more suitable and deserving. Absolutely disgraceful and needs to do better. On a more positive note - shoutout to the lovely attendant who checked us in at 3pm 12/12/2025 - he is a prime example of awesome customer service. Thank you for being attentive and friendly.
