Extremely happy with our recent stay for Grand Final weekend. Service was very good and the room was fantastic with stunning views of the city. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Free wifi/ Large TV had all the streaming sites. Very nice bathroom and robe area. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. There is basement on-site parking (fee applies) and very frequent trams heading to the city at the very nearby tram stops. Friendly and efficient customer service. Will definitely be back.

Great location, great rooms and great price. Was very unimpressed with the person checking me in, but most of the staff was nice. Disliked the fact they tried to sell parking for $19 per night, but didn't tell us that parking in the area is free on weekends. Overall very good stay, with spacious room and excellent location. All amenities you need and comfy beds as well. Would definitely stay again.

Room Size was great, location great and price was great - but at a cost - the good price seemed to mean that you had to forego basic housekeeping and cleanliness. Stayed 3 nights, after first night had to ask for the room to be made up, we were out all morning and back in our room until 2 and no one attempted to clean the room. After the 2nd night when we returned they had literally just made the bed and provided fresh towels. Dirty coffee cups were still lying around, nothing else was touched. The carpet was stained and filthy and the shower very very dirty. The lack of cleanliness really let the hotel down as did the pipe/drain noises and banging. Also if your parking at the hotel bring a tiny car the spots are so tight.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms are large and come with good Wi-Fi and modern technology, the experience was far from great due to the lackluster housekeeping. Despite requesting my room to be cleaned, it took several attempts to finally get fresh towels, which, when delivered, were thin, threadbare, and clearly low quality. The bathroom was disappointing, with long-standing mould in the corners, showing a clear lack of attention to cleanliness. One particularly unpleasant aspect was the leftover dinner trays from other rooms that sat in the hallway for over 24 hours without being cleared. This added to the overall feeling that the hotel's service was inattentive. The buffet breakfast was fine but nothing special. If cleanliness and service are important to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
