Had a really pleasant stay here. The rooms and amenities were spotless, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The city views are a nice bonus as well. The staff were super friendly and accommodating—I requested an early check-in for 11 AM, and they managed to get me a room by 12:30 PM, well ahead of the 3 PM standard. Definitely a comfortable spot to stay.

I stayed in a King Room with balcony and city view. For $100 USD/night, I thought it was a good value. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The rug was ok, but I think it had seen better days. Bathroom was quite nice and everything worked a-ok. Service was fine and the location was good (short walk to a bunch of tram lines). The only significant negative was the elevator situation. Just one in operation, which was quite annoying. Thankfully I was on the first floor and could just use the stairs. Had I needed to use the elevator, i would have definitely been annoyed.

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in a double double room. (2 X double beds) The hotel staff even put a microwave in our room for us, and were able to honour our request for a room with a park view. The manager was so helpful and accommodating to a few of our other requirements and held our bikes in the luggage room. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable!

A 3 star hotel with 4 star price tag . The good : great location - easy access to trams , beach , lots of parking , spacious rooms , nice view . The bad : tired rooms , misleading room description on booking - our city view king room did not have neither coffee maker nor bathrobes . There is only 1 working lift for 9 floors , on busy times of checking in and out expect squish in or wait a round .As already noted in previous reviews “ double bed “ is actually 2 singe beds combined . Cleaning can be improved , my husband had very rough times having allergy on dust being inside .

Lovely hotel situated in St Kilda. For two night I had a king city view, has a little dressing area and bathroom and decent size room. On the second afternoon my television was not working and could not be fixed so I was transferred to another room. Very good service. I can recommend the chicken parmigiana for room service 😋
