Elliotts cocktail lounge is in a class of its own! Suitable for up to 150 guests standing, the room comes equipped with a fully stocked private bar, stage, lighting, AV facilities, private bathrooms, and entrance. A $200 bond is required.
Soho Room
This stylish and sophisticated room is complete with a dance floor, disco ball, and a fully stocked private bar. Located on the upper level of the venue, the Soho Room is perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 100 guests including private dining.
Empire Room
Suitable for parties of any occasion, the Empire Room comes with dance floor and fully stocked private bar. Located on the upper level, accessible via the rear car park, this space can accommodate up to 140 guests. A $200 bond is required.
Liberty Room
Featuring a central dance floor, and a fully stocked private bar that runs the length of the room, the Liberty Room is ideal for larger scale events. With capacity for 250 guests cocktail style and 120 guests seated, let us tailor the perfect package to suit your requirements. A $200 bond is required
The Boardroom
This sophisticated space is perfect for board meetings, training seminars, round table discussions and other business meetings. Accessible via the accommodation reception, the room comes equipped with projection screen, wall mounted TV, whiteboard and large central boardroom table with comfortable seating. The venue has one data projector that can be hired pending availability.
The Corporate Boardroom
Providing you with a flexible room format and plenty of natural light, The Corporate Room is ideal for training seminars, information sessions, networking events and the like. Available from 9am and accessible via the gaming lounge, the room comes equipped with projection screen and a whiteboard. The venue has one data projector that can be hired pending availability.

We had a lovely dinner at the Manhattan Hotel the buffet food was yummy. We got there about 5.30 p.m. the lady behind the bar was on her own and we were going to buy a beer & wine my husband went up to the bar and she ignored him, as she was serving a table, she could have said I will be with you in a moment sir. So we ended up having a bottle water with our meal. Apart from that all good.

Lunch time buffet is aimed at seniors but is excellent value @ 27 per person. Food was fine offering roast, asian dishes, Salads and a mixture of desserts. Pub atmosphere with plenty of seating, an all round nice experience. Would go again.

Delicious food and there was a huge variety the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere was okay mostly but got a little rowdy at times (it might have just been on the night we were there). Overall a lovely night.

A great place for a meal with friends or groups of friends. Generous discount for seniors. The all you can eat smorgasbord, is unbelievable. With great seafod, roasts, salads, pasta, and deserts. Wine and beer selection go well with the great food.

Ella and Chloe thank you both for attending to all of our requests you were both spot on and couldn’t be nicer to talk to. The food was pretty good for a Parma and the atmosphere as for the timing we were in was to be expected.
