Lot 20 is set in a two-storey heritage building nestled into the border of Perth and Northbridge, it is a safe a haven for all those that wish to enjoy a tasty beverage and observe the revelries of James Street.
We’re ideally centrally located with all public transport and car parking a two-minute walk from our door.
The two owners of Lot 20 Haigh and Gary are lifetime hospitality guys and work on a weekly basis in the
venue, some say they’re too old, they say they say they’re not leaving the industry until everyone has
experienced their warmth of hospitality.
Experience has taught us, confusion is caused by us being a small bar, as many of our guests that chance
across us have only experienced large “Taverns” and “Restaurants”. So, what is a small bar?

It is in many ways less formal than a “Tavern” we don’t have a dress code, ‘cos we assume our guests
have got dressing themselves covered, we don’t have a theme or very many rules, all we ask is if you visit our venue, you treat everyone as you would your favourite family member.

We love making what we call fancy drinks, you can call them cocktails if you like, but we’re just as happy

So, a small bar is a place where you can hang out with your friends, meet new friends, wait

To us, from the rest of the world, we just call it a bar, a friendly place where you’ll receive service from
professional hospitality workers, not someone just passing the hours whilst they study to work in another industry.

We do everything ourselves; it is the only way a small business can survive, we clean the toilets, clean
the venue, make the food (after we wash our hands of course), do the maintenance, make the drinks
and the coffee ourselves, all whilst smiling at the same time.
Hospitality will not make you wealthy in a monetary sense, far from it, we’d all earn more money
working traditional jobs, but it makes us wealthy in many other ways. Come along and enjoy the warmth of genuine hospitality.
