Opt for an ‘Adelphi’ gin spritz, or lift your spirits with the ruby delight that is Four Pillars bloody shiraz gin with bitter lemon. Add to the mix a few barbecued snacks from the talented chefs at Om Nom Kitchen, and you’ve got a recipe for success.
