Choose a specific time each day to meditate. It can be as soon as you wake up or during your lunch break. Ideally, it should take between 10-20 minutes and should be a time where you’re free from any interruptions so bye bye social media. Make it the same time each day so it becomes a daily habit. It might be a struggle at first, but keep at it and you’ll soon settle into a routine.

Place
It can be in any room or in your car where nobody can bother you, well, at least for a couple of minutes. If you find inspiration outdoors then meditate before or after your morning run. If you don’t mind people staring, then it can be anywhere where you can close your eyes and block out all distractions.
