I'm an Adelaide local, but stayed at the Rockford for convenience over a week long event held in the city. I had a wonderful time there. The staff were attentive, helpful, and incredibly approachable. The bar staff were excellent and charismatic in particular. The event was held in the Rockford's function room, and it was excellent. I'd love to recommend the Rockford for any interstate or international friends that come to visit.

Super impressed with the Adelaide Rockford. My room was upgraded for free, as it was a bit quieter due to Easter Long Weekend. But they didn't have to do that. Was hugely appreciated. The room was the cleanest hotel room I've stayed in. Also plenty of hanging and storage space, which is not always the case with a hotel room. Price of room per night was amazing (I got a package deal from Wotif). Bed was super comfortable and pillows were good. I have a great bed and pillows at home and found this to be more comfortable. Slept great. The hotel was very well run, staff were friendly and efficient and the food in their bistro was absolutely stunning. Beautifully presented, good portion sizes and delicious. Location is great. Only a short walk to the shopping district and Rundle Mall. Lots of good takeaway places, cafes, bars and restaurants around. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel last week for a conference and what a wonderful hotel. The rooms were larger than you would usually get with a standard room. Check-in was a breeze and the staff provided great information on where to get a bite to eat. The breakfast buffet provided by the hotel had a wide selection and the dinner put on by the hotel was superb. I can’t praise the hotel enough and my next visit in Adelaide will be with this hotel.

Stayed for a night to attend training in Adelaide. Staff were lovely. Easy check in and not busy. Room was large and bed and pillows really comfortable. Great shower water pressure! Had a drink at the bar - great service and a lovely glass of red. Unfortunately the restaurant food was average.

Stayed here for 3 nights over Gather Round this year. The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was large and comfortable. The room is a bit dated but other than that very good. Value for money was hyperinflated due to an event but would stay again and booking early is key for an event. The bar being closed on Sunday when having told other friends to meet at out hotel prior to attending the footy, was a bit of a let down.
