We had a fantastic stay at Atura! The rooms were spacious, clean, and greatly designed. The only minor concern was that the bedside tables had sharp edges, which could be a safety issue for families with small children. Hopefully something the hotel can consider updating. One of the standout features was the breathtaking view of the airport. Watching planes take off and land from the comfort of my room was surprisingly peaceful and added a unique charm to the experience. Service was excellent, and every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and attentive.

Only half this hotel is 4 star. The snuggy rooms are definitely not. There was no welcome when I arrived. The staff was anything but. Fortunately a much nicer check out. I received 8 emails during my short stay badgering me about checking out. This was the night before I was to leave. The hotel is more of a hostel and is very conveniently located. Even so I would never stay there again.

Stayed here on the 15th oct.Meals in the hanger bar were amazing. Be very careful with stocked bar fridge as ours wasnt. We consumed only the free tea and coffee and was charged $5.50 it may be their little way of making extra money for nothing. Checked our c/card and was already taken out.

EXPENSIVE & this 'hotel's' prices skyrocket well above inflation whenever there are events in Adelaide. ..Some staff lack basic customer srrvice skills, need to have better manners. We are Gold Members & were shocked when Louie (fenale) refused to assist us with our bags for 1/2hr whilst we retrieved our vehicle. NOT IMPRESSED, (AGAIN)!

Just book here. It's literally part of the terminal - we arrived late on a Friday and being a hop skip to walk in, grab the key from the super lovely staff, and be showered and in bed within minutes is amazing. It's modern, easy and pristinely clean. The room was a good size, rectangular with the bed at one end, bathroom the other. And a real sink and tap in the kitchenette - none of that trying to fill water bottles in the bathroom sink. And proper tall drinking glasses. Will always stay here.
