Okay, so a surf and turf pizza but not a surf and turf steak?!?! All I want is a thick juicy steak, nothing sexual here, and the chef made something happen for me!!! Please chef, I realise you are a Charlie’s diner for the people but still need that however Gordon Ramsay would agree with me!!! Bring back the surf and turf because your steak is cooked perfectly, your seafood sauce is on par… Irish dominant if you want to localise with poor people, venue upgraded but suited for the Irish lifestyle here in my country

We had a party at Brighton Metro tonight and it was an absolute hit. Kai and Ruby were genuinely amazing — welcoming, attentive, and on point from start to finish. Nothing felt like too much trouble, the vibe was spot on, and they made the whole night run smoothly without ever being over the top. Great service, great energy, and a venue that knows how to look after people. Would 100% recommend for a function or night out. Cheers legends 🍻

Had a lovely lunch at Charlie's Diner today with friends. Food was excellent, loved the desserts. Wasn't too crowded and pleasant atmosphere. Nice interactions with staff. Thankyou to the lovely gentleman (staff member) in the gaming room for taking the time to explain the machines. My $5 didn't last long, but it was an interesting experience :-) Will visit again.

Went for dinner. The chips are hand cut and hands down- fantastic. The arancini were unfortunately difficult to eat. Pumpkin salad was lacking love. Overall it’s expensive for what you get and the quality of food delivered. Otherwise the staff were friendly, helpful and the service was great. The atmosphere in the beer garden was good. Overall, an enjoyable evening but probably wouldn’t go back to eat anything other than the chips.

Their food was really good and the staff are pretty nice here. They got really good food and a good friendly menu too. I would literally give this place an 100 out of 100 for sure. The peanut sauce was very fancy and this is like something you would taste out of Thailand. With that Thailand influence in Australia. That's what makes this food so delicious. Gordon Ramsay should come here sometime. I love the staff here they're really awesome and one of them is actually a friend of my cousin such lovely people.
