This review is purely aimed at the 2 room suites, not the 1 bedroom rooms! We were having bathroom renovations and decided it would be more convenient if we spent 3 days out of the house, that way we would have access to the shower and toilet. We chose the 2 room suite because it included a seperate living room , we are local so sightseeing etc was unimportant...Just somewhere we could comfortably stay. Relax in a "fancy" hotel watch a bit of tv, read our books etc. However the lounge suites/sofas supplied in these rooms are the worse we have ever experienced! They were sooo uncomfortable, sitting in one for more than an hour caused sore back and neck... They were terrible, it's like the couchs were a last minute thought or there budget had run out. We've stayed in dozen of hotels, apartments, bed and breakfasts around the world... The Crowne wins as the worse! They were so bad we couldn't bare being in the rooms for long , other than to sleep, wash and poop. Extremely disappointed.. luxury style hotel with roadhouse living room. Service , bed and bathroom played the part of luxury.. just the living room destroyed it for us. My other complaint, and I feel it's a big one.... $30 a night parking! It's a suburban hotel.. it's not in the centre of a busy city centre! Last time I paid for parking was in Vegas! Final note.. not that I would have much reason to stay there again, but I would never consider it, nor would I recommend it to anyone... Unless I didn't like them 😏 So close to being a true luxury hotel.. want to see how it's done.. spend a couple nice at Eos by skycity 🥰

Our room was so beautiful and modern, we absolutely loved it and had the best experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, so welcoming and friendly. Our room included the breakfast buffet which was so incredible. Room service staff were lovely. We were really impressed with the calmness and maturity within the hotel, was not rowdy at all. The bar was so funky and we just loved the vibe of the hotel all around. We will definitely come back one day and will be recommending to our friends and family

The staff were amazing — warm, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was a real highlight, fresh and varied every morning. One day I was in a rush, and the team kindly packed me an omelet to go — that small touch of thoughtful service really stood out and made the stay feel special. Clean, comfortable, great location, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests. Highly recommend — I'll definitely be back!

Great experience staying at the Crowne Plaza. Very nice atmosphere and staff. Emily who loved making coffees there always had a great smile and seemed very happy. Which was infectious and made myself feel happy each time I grabbed a coffee. The rooms had been great and could not fault anything on my stay.

Lovely staff on the desk who got us into a room very early due to our very early flight into Adelaide, rooms are lovely , lots of room and quiet. Amazing Buffett breakfast and having an 11am checkout is wonderful , gave us time to have a relaxing breakfast and then back to the room before packing to leave. We will definitely stay here again ❤️
