Professional, friendly service from reception, the bar and kitchen, to the cleaners. Very comfortable. Great location, no on-site parking but was able to use parking close by at a reasonable rate. I had an incredibly relaxing stay. Thank you

We stayed just one night, but Ibis was perfectly suited to our needs. To begin, the price per person was competitive, and the staff were quite helpful. We arrived early, and I just wanted to drop some bags off in the lobby before check-in. This was an option, but the receptionist offered to help set up an account so we could check in early for free. That was quick and easy, and highly appreciated. The room itself was fine. Nothing special, but solid. We had plenty of towels and the bed was clean and comfortable. The shower and bathroom facilities were up to standard, however the 3-in-1 body wash/soap/shampoo was subpar, but it's not as though it's made in-house, but definitely do bring your own if you want to feel properly clean. Great location, too. Definitely a place to consider when staying in the city.

Stayed here for 3 nights during the world beach volleyball championships. Very good price compared to other hotels in Adelaide. Staff friendly, check in and out was good. However, I noticed during the stay there were big lines for check in and check out. Stayed in a superior city view room. The only issue I had was set temperature of the interior of the hotel. It was very warm, so had to constantly put the air con on in room. I’m also pretty sure they have rats in the walls, only saw some in the alleyway. There is vending machines on each level, however they don’t work. I had buffet breakfast in their restaurant. I thought the buffet was quite average, however, when I tried the buffet at the sofitel, I thought the ibis did quite well.

Mum and I stayed on the top floor (16th) at this hotel and watched the 9pm NYE fireworks not far away at river Torrens. Good view of midnight fireworks from the room. The rooms were abit to small and only got a few milk cups and a kettle with tea, coffee with only basic 2 cups/mugs and 2 spoons. No microwave or plates etc and no shampoos or conditioners in the bathroom. Buffet breakfast was wonderful though...great variety of different foods and drinks!! No balcony and no open windows. The hallways had no aircon so it was really warm and stuffy. Had to turn on the aircon in the rooms. Clean and looked fresh and tidy. Great location and cheap parking at rundle place car park short walk to and from the hotel. Thankyou the friendly staff aswell!

The staff were lovely and super helpful upon my arrival. They did everything to get me checked in early which was greatly appreciated. They gave me helpful information for the area and a map. The room was super comfortable and well appointed on a high floor which meant I had zero noise from the street down below. The bed was amazing and comfortable, and I had 3 nights of very good sleep.
