The Mick o Sheas area is absolutely beautiful and has a really nice natural vibe. However, the food is extremely expensive $35+ for most meals, and the meals themselves are fairly average and do not meet the price point. My food was half cold already by the time it came out. The flavour itself was nice but the chips and the chicken in my burner were already barely luke warm by the time it hit my table. I've definitely spent less money on better food elsewhere.

Today we had a celebration of life for a loved one, Held in the pavilion. The service were absolutely outstanding. Every staff member we dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything we asked for- we were accommodated for. They set it up perfectly and was exactly what we wanted. The food was on time and delishhhh! I really have nothing to complain about. It was perfect! 10/10! I would highly recommend for any function.

Our family recently went to Mick O'Shea's for dinner with a group of friends & family. I ordered for my husband & myself, consisting of starters of garlic bread & arancini, plus our main course meals. I was surprised when our mains came out before we had received our starters. When I mentioned it to a waitress, she tersley replied "We're busy" and she walked off. The rest of our group then received their mains, but we still hadn't received our starters. I, once again, mentioned it to the waitress, and explained that the starters were meant to come out before our mains. She snapped her reply at me "I know, we're busy though" - very grouchy & rude. She never offered an apology and treated me as if I was the problem! We finally received our starters - still no apology for the long delay (some of our group had, by then, finished their mains) - and we all enjoyed very delicious food - I would have given 5 stars if the service was better. After our meals were finished we waited for over 15 minutes, but no one came to clear the dishes, so I dumped them all on an empty table behind us. Funny how the dishes were cleared immediately after I did that... The restaurant was not at all busy, and sure, the day was extremely hot, but the restaurant was air conditioned, so there was absolutely no excuse for her rude behaviour. At least the food tasted good.

Great to see massive improvements in the place, food was great, no more drunken tradies all over the place. Place was fully of families having a great meal and using the playground. Staff were excellent. To cap it there is no surcharges for putting your card in and using your pin. Which was a show stopper for me personally. Well done!

Friendly and accommodating staff, lovely drink selection and fast service. Myself and a few friends attended the Thursday night quiz, which was such fun and a good laugh definitely worth a try. I just wanted to note that although their dessert menu has vegan symbols on them they don’t actually have any dairy free options. I’m finding this to be very common in most restaurants so far. In saying that the server was lovey she waved my fee and served me coconut sorbet with berries, I was not expecting it to be as lovey as it was !! Their Bahn Mi Bowl was bland as hell tho and the chicken was dry. Still worth going back and trying something different next time❤️
