It was a great couple of days at the Pullman Hotel, and the check-in was smooth and start very polite, the rooms we're in fantastic condition with plenty of room to move around. The Restaurant has a great menu and selection of food, both for breakfast and dinner. The staff always had a smile on and greeted us with happiness. So well done to the professional staff and management. Regards Philip Hodges and John
Lovely location and facilities, it was my 3 boys first stay in a hotel and they loved it, the room, the gym, pool and spa. Breakfast was delightful. Staff made them feel welcome, safe and comfortable.
We stayed here over the weekend to celebrate both our 19-year anniversary together and our 2-year wedding anniversary. First impressions as I walked in were simply “wow.” The atmosphere was peaceful and calm, which instantly set the tone for a relaxing stay. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and offered a late checkout, which was a lovely touch. Room: The room itself was clean and tidy, and we really enjoyed having a balcony. There were just a couple of minor housekeeping issues— the main bed sheet wasn’t properly tucked in, so it came loose during the night, and the vanity kit in the bathroom appeared to have already been used, with noticeable residue on the cotton tip. We also experienced an issue with the TV turning off after about 15 minutes while trying to watch a movie. Restaurant: The restaurant was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous ambient lighting and a very elegant feel. The staff were accommodating of my allergies, which made for a really special anniversary dinner. The food was amazing—especially the sweet potato fries! Breakfast: Breakfast was enjoyable overall, but there was a bit of confusion with seating. We were shown to a table and ordered coffee, then asked to get our food from the buffet. When we returned, another group had been seated at our table. When I mentioned it, the waiter apologised and asked us to move to another table, which resulted in our coffee and my omelette being delivered to the wrong place. Overall, we had a lovely and memorable stay, with just a few small areas that could be improved. We will definitely be back next year for our anniversary!
Stayed at Pullman Adelaide for the first time and it was a really great experience. The location is honestly hard to beat — right in the heart of the city and close to everything, which makes getting around Adelaide super easy. The property itself is very nice and well maintained, but what really stood out was the service. A special thank you to Jenny at the front office. She is incredibly knowledgeable, full of positive energy, and clearly very skilled when it comes to customer service. She handled everything with professionalism and genuine care, making my family and me feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Jenny being able to speak multiple languages is also a huge plus. It makes communication much easier for international guests and shows how thoughtful the hotel is about service. We didn’t get the chance to try all the facilities this time, but based on our stay we would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a great choice whether you’re visiting for a business trip, a family stay, or even conferences. Comfortable, convenient, and supported by a fantastic team. Highly recommended and would happily stay again next time in Adelaide.
Friendly reception team at check in and all encounters. Big shout out to concierge team for their friendliness & kindness. Rooms are super clean, spacious and great view for higher levels. All the expected facilities, brekkie buffet with great choices and location suited to walking everywhere.
